Okay, for government it works well; however, there are times you have to navigate through too many screens for one item. There are glitches that occur that hinder use, but is not consistent. Overall, works and does the job needed.

Pros

The ability to use multiple tabs and have a checklist for assistance.

Cons

There is no editing once the GL is updated. Should have the ability to make changes with comments

That I can explain the amount of water used by a customer and look back over a history of years worth of uses; for example, how much water they have used each June for years.

Pros

The amount of information that can be viewed on one page: I can view over a years worth of Water Utility usage on one page. Very helpful when comparing month to month with a customer on the phone.

Cons

Printing out the pages are very light. The new version is slower than the older version to arrow from account to account.

We just very recently updated to Caselle Clarity. It is slower than molasses, functionality is worse than basic regular Caselle; the old version is much better, and of course, less expensive.
