Pros The amount of information that can be viewed on one page: I can view over a years worth of Water Utility usage on one page. Very helpful when comparing month to month with a customer on the phone. Cons Printing out the pages are very light. The new version is slower than the older version to arrow from account to account. It is slower than molasses, functionality is worse than basic regular Caselle; the old version is much better, and of course, less expensive.
