I have been so impressed with Clio. There is so much it can do and the customer service is amazing.

Pros: What is best? There is so much. The Dashboard (to see instantly how the I am doing, and for each client so I can see how much time and billing has occurred on each matter and easily find the information I need); Time keeping, invoicing, secured email, email drop (to easily put emails into client matters in Clio and free up inbox space, ) and DOCUMENT TEMPLATES with Custom Fields -- I have automated my engagement letter, a basic client letter, will forms, POAs, etc. It saves so much time. To write a letter and not have to look up an address or block/copy it is so nice. You generate the document and edit to start typing the body right away. It requires work on the front end but in the end it is worth it. Also, the customer service being one click on a chat icon away is great. They are so friendly and talked me through invoicing each month for the first few months.

Cons: The customer service and training videos are great but sometimes it feels like an Easter egg hunt to find out what all it can do. I spent the first 8 months just keeping time and doing invoicing. I knew it did other things but wasn't sure what and how. Once I started digging around I have been amazed at what all I have found. It has saved so much time and made things for a solo attorney so much easier. I am sold.

Overall: There are too many to mention. I was only looking for conflict management software and didn't know if I needed a case management software because I am a solo attorney that is just starting out. It turns out that Clio does so much more. The timer feature lets you track work on different matters and easily switch to a different matter when a phone rings or interruption happens. You don't lost time. The billing is clean, neat and easy. After that you can move on to so many other options -- document automation, cloud storage, phone logs, email logs, quick and easy email drop. I have been here less than a year and I wouldn't switch. I am so pleased with Clio and how it makes the business end of practicing so much easier.

I shouldn't have to call support every time I use a feature of the product.

Pros: Clio has the features I needed. I was fooled by the initial trial into thinking it would be a good fit for my firm. What use is a feature that is so complicated to find, use, and enable that I have to call support or Google how to make it work.

Cons: Nothing is intuitive, at first it seems like everything is going to work. Clio has all the features I wanted, or at least it seemed like it did. Once I used it for more than just the trial period, using it to manage my trust account, client billing, client communication, it just does not work. After using it for any length of time, the navigation gets tiresome and then frustrating. At every turn I find myself having to Google how to make it work. Sharing a document with a client requires several steps including typing in the client's contact info; instead of just clicking a button for share. Now my client can't enter a partial payment. What the heck? Prior to becoming an attorney I was a software engineer; I would have been embarrassed to put my name on such a product.

Frankly, I don't trust the myriad of positive reviews for this product, they can't be true.

Overall: Once started I was committed to use it until I have time to find a better alternative. Capterra.com was the primary tool I used to find Clio. I have concerns that the positive reviews are all fake.

Hi Lee, First of all, I wanted to thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback with us. Hearing from our less-than-satisfied customers helps us determine what the best course of action is when improving our product. I wanted to let you know that in a little over a month we'll be launching the first ground-up redesign of Clio in the 8 years since launch. The redesign will aim to improve customer experience and app navigation as a whole, and introduce a design built almost entirely off of our customer feedback. Lastly, I wanted to assure you that all the reviews on this site are 100% accurate and come from real customers (such as yourself). Every customer's experience using Clio is bound to be different, but we encourage our customers to share honest and open feedback with us at every turn so that we can continue to evolve the world's most popular practice management software. Thanks again for your feedback! Derek Bolen Clio Community Manager

Pros: - Easy to use and learn
- Easy to show others to use
- Really easy billing features
- Great organization
- The Notes feature is fantastic and replaces any need for docketing and memos to file
- The "add time" feature makes it easy to keep track of billings and what's to go on the next invoice
- The linking of contacts to files is a time saver
- The Calendar is easy to use and does what you need it to
- The accounting that exists is great for keeping track of the movement of money directly connected with a file. It has helped keep my trust accounting immaculate. IT also helps me keep track of expenses associated with each file.

Cons: Clio is fantastic and the best solution I've been able to find, and I've done a lot of searching both before and after buying Clio. That said, Clio seems half finished in some areas and I'm hoping more work will come.

- The accounting is adequate, but should go a lot further than it does. I would love an integrated cheque writing program, for example.

- I don't know why you can't have more than one client per file. It's a small thing, but it bugs me. I put additional clients in the "contact" list associated with the file, and just pick one as a primary client to list. It doesn't matter, but again, it's a weird oversight.

- The firm metrics is a great idea, but it seems half finished. I don't know why, but it doesn't save stuff year to year and just dumps the information. There's also a dramatic lack of ability to customize things. This is frequent in some of Clio's features, such as how to list matters or client names. It's not a deal breaker, but it's a weird thing to not make more usable.

Overall, Clio is a fantastic program and I don't know how I'd run my practice without it. It's a lot better than everything else I've tried. I just wish the damn thing integrated with more programs and capabilities, and that they just expanded on it. I think the reason why it's frustrating is because it's so close to being sort of perfect, and they just don't go far enough. Hopefully they'll keep adding to it and raise it to that level!

It's definitely worth the buy.

Overall: It's a major time saver. It's great for billing, keeping tabs of your time, costs associated with a file, trust money for each file, docketing, contact lists, and all the rest.

It feels a bit short/incomplete in some areas, but they keep improving it so hopefully that will happen soon.

It's still the best damn law practice software out there, and I've searched high and low!

Customer service makes all the difference.

Pros: Packed with features. There is just so much that can be done with this software that a firm might not have thought to do with some of the older software platforms. Everything is secure and designed from a legal professional's viewpoint. Every person in our firm can handle a case from start to finish without leaving the Clio platform -- anywhere, anytime.

Also, the customer service should not be overlooked. When we were researching various platforms to take over for Time Matters (Practice Panther, Rocket Matter, MyCase, etc.) Clio was the only company that had a knowledgable onboarding professional at the ready. They were incredibly flexible with letting us extend our demo phase and spent many hours running through different functions with us. They even held a full-scale training session with our entire staff BEFORE we had signed up. Even after we purchased Clio, they continued to hold our hand through the entire implementation process. That sort of service made our transition into the cloud seamless and allowed us to really take advantage of cost-savings that we were aiming for.

Cons: The only issue that we've had so far is personalizing the goals on the dashboard page. It would be nice to have a more granular and specific revenue analysis for each attorney. Granted, we are still implementing other more important features firm-wide, so this hasn't been the highest priority, and it's more of a luxury anyway.

Overall: All the information you need at your fingertips, anywhere in the world. Hassle-free and comprehensive customer service.

Pros: SaaS platform, integrations with useful software like Box.com and NextChapter (bankruptcy service), comprehensive workflow features

Cons: Detailed expense accounting is cumbersome, joint representation is not natively supported

Overall: I've been using Clio since 2011 to help me run my solo practice. I use it primarily for calendaring , time tracking, and billing. Those features are fantastic. Almost all of my billable time is calendared, and Clio lets me add time right to those events and assign it to a matter right from the calendar. I cut my administrative time to bill clients by 40% the first time I used Clio, and it's now down roughly 90%.

I love that Clio lets me use third-party software with it rather than forcing users to rely on less convenient built-in solutions. For instance, Clio creates a folder for each client and matter for me in Box.com where I can work on my clients' documents using the rich feature set of Box. Clio Documents is okay for sharing with Clients, but there's no way they could replicate Box.

There are two things I really wish Clio would improve. First is the ability to natively support joint representation. I do some consumer bankruptcy work, and many of my cases are joint petitions. The Clio solution is to add one of the joint parties as a 'related party'. Strictly speaking, this is not a related party, but my actual client. I can note the relationship type, so it works okay for conflict checks, but I'd rather the software reflect the real legal relationship.

The other has to do with transaction tracking and integration with bookkeeping software. Maybe I just need to learn how to do this better, but I end up doing double work in Clio and Quickbooks for expenses and trust accounting. Bills and payments integrate, but the details, which are important for accounting disclosures, are manual in Clio.

All in all, Clio continues to be the best option for me. I'm very mobile, so a SaaS/Cloud solution is absolutely required. The features were very basic when I started using it, but the folks at Clio are constantly releasing new functionality, improving existing functionality, and integrating new useful apps. Oh yeah, I'm a bit of a tech geek, so having access to an open API is extremely tempting to me. I've done one integration with Zapier, and I have some ideas for other things I might do directly with the API.

Highly recommended.

Recommendations to other buyers: Spend the time to think about your workflows and how you can best leverage the software to make your life easier. Clio has a lot of training resources on line that can get fairly in depth on ways to make things better.

Pros: The features that are offered by Clio are second to none. The system is easy to use. The interface is nicely designed. They offer mobile applications, which I use frequently. Can handle firms of any size.

Cons: I would like to see Clio offer more reporting options. Clio doesn't have an attorney-centric view. It would be nice to have Clio "lock in" on the fact that I always want to see reports, bills, etc. for only my matters. I don't ever need to see matters, reports, bills, etc. that don't belong to me.

Overall: My firm has been using Clio for just under 4 years. I have watched Clio grow a great deal in that amount of time. I am very pleased that Clio has regularly updated its service and added new features. Although the changeover was a challenge (what software migration isn't?), everyone in my firm now uses Clio quite happily. Of course, there are always things that I would like to see improved, but I have no major gripes. Reporting options could be more robust. It would be nice to see some sort of feature that would help to avoid duplication of contacts (a common problem for us). It is also disappointing that Clio chose to tier its services such that we no longer have access to all of the features. We would have to pay more to get access to all of the features, which we have deemed not worth the investment at this time. I can't say enough good things about their customer support. They have always been quick to answer and are ready to help us with any problems we have had. Fortunately, once we got everything converted over, the issues or questions we have had since then have been few and far between. In my opinion, Clio should be on everyone's short list for a web-based practice management system!

Recommendations to other buyers: Prior to going to law school, I spent 13 years in Information Technology. I started doing software development 35 years ago. I know what it takes to build a robust well-designed system. I spent a lot of time evaluating products before settling on Clio. I have never regretted my decision!

Pros: It's online.
The timer can be stopped and started easily.

Cons: I spend about two (2) hours a day implementing workarounds to make the system work because it was not built for family law practice or file review. It's a good backup system but it's nothing very reliable unless you're willing to invest the time into making it work.

Overall: If you're not used to a system, this can be made into a good system for you. There are a lot of functions missing--like being able to track time associated with flat fee activities (so you can't track productivity or if you do, you can't print out your billable hours without some discussion to the ethics board). You can track e-mails and phone calls, but not faxes, letters, or text messages. You can set tasks for others that you can update, but the update doesn't get sent to the other person. You can set pop-ups on your calendar for yourself, but not for other people. You can track the budget of a case, but not the running total of transactions or expenses. You can integrate with Quickbooks, but you have to import and export the information--the information does not flow freely between the two. The calendar has all of the same pitfalls as Google Calendar because it is Google calendar but with some functions missing. You can upload and download documents, and you must do that in order to save any changes with Clio (unless you pay for HIPAA-compliant Google Drive Professional). Your receptionist has to separately capture phone messages from your client to you because only you can have conversations. Wandering between the conversations page and the logs page means that you will always end up back in the Matters tab. If you're trying to capture a phone call with a person not in the system you have to exit the phone call and lose all of the information to enter that person before you can save the conversation to a file. It's not customizeable. There are some pros over Amicus but many features I miss (such as being able to track time directly with the phone call, including the time the call was initiated) but it has good parts about it. If you're into nitty-gritty capturing of information and you have the time to invest it can be a good platform but trying to teach established attorneys how to rework their legal practice around it is difficult.

Recommendations to other buyers: Think about how you use your legal practice--if you couldn't go online today, this is not going to make you online tomorrow. You have to completely rework how you do things because of the amount of upload/download, import/export time that you do. This is NOT an all-in-one system and it CANNOT all be done online at this time. The next updates were pushed back until September so I don't know what will be resolved between now and then.

Pros: Web based program and cost.

Cons: Rigid, time consuming process. So many things don't work and the process of finding a work around is cumbersome.

Overall: I have been using this since 2012 - at first it fit my needs and was marketed for the solo/small practice firms. It has increasingly become more cumbersome and takes longer to calendar and bill than I would like. The interest feature on the billing can only calculate simple interest. Once you enter the interest formula, there is no way to disconnect it so you are left to manually delete all of the entries. They have changed the billing process from a process that once took about an hour to taking about 3 hours. A bill is generated and placed under the Draft tab, you can view it, edit it, submit it for approval (a waste of time for a solo), or approve it - so I view it, see it needs to be edited, and click on edit, the bill comes up for editing, then once you've completed it, you hit Approve - and nothing happens which is new - you either can hit the go to bills Awaiting Payment link, or click on the Awaiting payment screen -- from there, you are forced to sort through all of your accounts receivable to find your newly edited bill. Once you find the bill, then you can Receive Payment from the trust account - but be careful since if your client has $500 in trust and the bill is $1000, the trust payment will pop up $1000, which you know is inaccurate, so you have to do another edit. Then the bill drops out of view and you either have to return to Awaiting Payment or Paid tabs - search through all of the other bills, find your bill, then you can download it - print it, or save it, and then email it.
If you want to enter a new appointment, you can do so on the calendar, but if you want to create a method to track the new client, you have to go to another tab to set up a matter, you can only input the client's name, not the address, not the phone number, not any other stuff that should appear at this point, in my opinion. Then you add in your number. Then you have to track down the name you just entered and try and add in addresses, phone numbers, email addresses. The process is incredibly time consuming.

Pros: Cost
Cons: Overly rigid, designed for those who have a data processor employee, time consuming, not customer service oriented - was marketed for solos/small practices and this is not the case any longer.

Recommendations to other buyers: There has to be something better. Clio started out well but now is trying to be too many things for too many practices. For example, there is a whole process for the type of currency you are accepting - great if you are an international firm, cumbersome if you aren't. Can't compound interest. Not lean and streamlined like I would expect by now for being on the market for so many years.

Pros: I love the simplicity and flexibility of Clio. It is very user friendly and the way it looks is very neat. It does not take long to work out exactly what you are looking at and what it all means. For me personally, I do a lot of billing and compared with a previous software package, Clio has saved me a lot of time and it's really easy to keep track of where you are as it automatically incorporates a workflow. Also, setting up new cases is easy and flexible. You are easily able to incorporate your own requirements and information.

Cons: This is quite specific but for us, the biggest drawback is not being able to present the invoice in exactly the way we want (i.e. a front cover summary of figures without the time description wording). There is a lot of flexibility on the invoices which is great but the one thing we can't do is take the wording away from the first page. Our company like to keep the first page of the invoice very simple and clear and then have the narrative on the following pages. We understand, however, that this is being developed by Clio and should be rolled out some time in the next couple of months or so.

Overall: Right from the outset I have found the support at Clio to be fantastically helpful. It's a big decision working out which product is right for your particular business. Clio, as you expect from most companies in the beginning, were great at informing us what Clio could do and answering our initial questions. However, what I am really impressed about it the continued support from Clio. It does not matter who you speak to, they are friendly, knowledgeable and will do all they can to help you. And if they don't know, which is rare, they will find out and get back to you. And they do get back to you! Plus every phone call is followed up with an email. With regard to the product itself, it is pretty easy to use. Most things are quite logical and therefore you can work it out fairly simply. I am of the view that no product is perfect as every business will have different requirements. In the case of Clio, there are a few very minor things we would like to see available. Clio are continuously developing and improving the product and, I think, everything we have enquired about that is not already a function of Clio, is in the pipeline. However, it is still great for us as it is but we always strive for perfection!

Recommendations to other buyers: Apart from the product being a great software package, the support Clio give is second to none. I am not sure I have come across many companies that are so good in this area.

Pros: Ease of use, fantastic customer support (including building of features based on client feedback), document automation and custom task lists.

Cons: Minimal reporting options and contact entry.

Overall: Clio offers a ton of features for a very, affordable price. No need for hefty servers or IT departments, simply utilize their unlimited document storage and secure client portal to easily store and share documents, invoices, etc. While a huge fan of cloud-based practice management, Clio earns high marks from me as one of the easiest to learn. Whether you use Clio for the basics or customize it to its fullest - Clio adds not only efficiency to your practice - it's like adding a staff member. Conflict checking, matter specific info at your fingertips, document automation and integrations with over 50 third-party apps means you can easily build Clio to meet your firm's specific needs. But just to prove I am a real person giving real feedback - I gave a 4 on the features and functionality section simply because there are minimal reporting features in Clio. Basic reports are available (Work in Progress, Productivity and Accounts Receivables) but for more intensive reporting options, additional work is required utilizing exporting options. I also don't love the current option for entering contacts, however, I simply connected my Clio account to a Google account and import my contacts from Google. Works like a dream and keeps me from doing tons of data entry when entering new contacts. Clio is well worth the money at any level! I always suggest at least the Boutique level (well worth the additional funds) and see lots of value in the Elite level (marketing/CRM module that will help you actually track what is working and what isn't)!

Recommendations to other buyers: Look through the integration partners. If you wish Clio did something it doesn't appear to do, chances are there's a 3rd party app for that!

Pros: The integrated suite of functions

Cons: 1) There are some known glitches that result from the cloud exchange of data that don't seem to be getting corrected.
2) The UI should be more customizable within the total Clio palette of functions and features. I'm very oriented towards being able to do everything with keystrokes as efficiently as possible, and Clio isn't there yet in its usability.
3) I'm growing increasingly concerned about my inability to access my data following a big natural disaster (such as the Cascadia Subduction Zone earthquake). Clio needs to offer a function that will allow lawyers to use Clio in "isolated/local only" mode (i.e., with no internet connection to the mothership) and then sync all the changes once the internet is restored. If I ever leave Clio it will be because of this concern. In the event of a big disaster recovery, I should be able to keep practicing as much as possible just like I am now, even if Clio and the Internet are not available.

Overall: Over five years ago, while still in my first year of solo practice (6 years after first bar admission), I tried another product advertised to work for Mac users and it was a nightmare, so I resolved to try Rocketmatter and Clio; for whatever reason, I found I preferred the look and feel of Clio, and have been with it since. It's the first program I open every day and the last program I shut down when I go home. I am a true solo with no staff support still, and am just now tip-toeing into hiring some staff support - Clio makes it easy for me to use remote support, work-from-home assistants, etc., which is great for keeping the overhead low and the ROI on it high.

Pros: The reasonable price, the customizable templates, the ease of use, and the simplified yet robust invoicing and billing functionality.

Cons: While there are not many downfalls with Clio, we would recommend utilizing an additional system for calendaring and contact resource management. As our firm is a true relationship focused and cross-referral based practice, we have found that keeping track of relationships amongst all contacts is paramount. As such, we utilize a separate calendaring and CRM system.

Overall: Our law firm has been utilizing Clio as our practice management system for over six years. It is hands down the best practice management system on the market today. It builds immense value, streamlining, efficiency, and organization to our business. From customizable document templates, to unlimited cloud-based document storage¿Clio is a one-stop shop that covers all bases.

It is a definite value add, is extraordinarily easy to use and customize, and we couldn't run our practice without it.

If you have considered switching to a new practice management system, we highly recommend Clio!

Additionally, the customer support team is incredibly helpful, and can help you find solutions to any problems that may arise while implementing and using Clio.

Pros: Time tracking is very easy, and it handles multiple matters for the same client very well. Reports are useful, most of them. Tasks and the system allowing you to make records of phone conversations are great. Clio Connect and the ability to share documents with clients and others is fantastic.

Cons: Billing system is clunky; contacts management is only okay at best. It's not a cheap solution.

Overall: We've been using Clio for just over a year now in our firm. We've added several new people and consolidated a number of software programs into a much smaller number of programs. The contacts management and documents management features of Clio are not as robust as the other solutions we're using, and we'd like to see some improvements in the contacts system and the ways bills are run and sent. However, the time entry is MUCH easier now, it's overall fairly easy to learn the system and set up new users, and the ability to link contacts to matters is vastly helpful for our conflicts checking (assuming you use it).

Clio is not going to magically make your life better; you still have to learn to use it and then make sure it gets used correctly (we have some attorneys here who haven't been as good about that as the staff and some of the other attorneys have been), but it's so worth the effort. And, if you have a problem, their support staff is fantastic. Quick to respond, very helpful and polite, and if they have to tell you that the requested fix isn't available yet they'll at least assure you that it's being put on the list for future improvements.

We looked at a lot of practice management solutions, and I think we made the right choice in going with Clio.

Clio is a fantastic practice management software!

Pros: The user interface is intuitive and easy to use. You feel like everything is at your fingertips. This is particularly true if you use the customs matter and client fields to record data you want to have easy access to.

As well, Clio's customer support is great and the software is always improving.

Cons: Accounting and bookkeeping needs cannot be fully satisfied by Clio alone. I use Xero in conjunction with Clio and this combination works well, though the export of data from Clio to Xero is not seamless, particularly with respect to trust accounting. That being said, this solution is workable and can be fully compliant with Law Society of Upper Canada bookkeeping requirements. I have been through a spot audit and a full practice review and passed with flying colours.

The other main issue I have is that there is nothing in place to warn the user that there is no future court date diarized for a matter that is making its way through the courts. Without this check and balance, there is a risk of missing a court date if you forgot to put a new one in after the last one. The only way to make sure this isn't happening is to manually go through each open matter and confirm that it has a future court date input.

Pros: Ease of use - even non-tech savvy individuals pick it up quickly.

Cons: I wish it had full accounting capabilities.

Overall: When one is a solo practitioner, there never seems to be enough time in the day to both practice law and manage the day-to-day operations of the business. In addition to the role of lawyer, I also wear the hats of accountant, human resources manager, marketing professional, IT manager, and the go-to person in charge of handling all problems. Clio makes my job(s) much easier by ensuring that I've got practice management covered. Initially moving to the cloud with Clio was much easier than expected, and any questions I had were quickly and efficiently answered by Clio's excellent customer support department. I love learning on my own time, at my own pace, and Clio has a plethora of on-demand training webinars for beginning users which enabled me to quickly get up to speed. The data entry process for both financial transactions and time/cost entries is simple and quick, and there is a wide range of reporting options available to the user. I love having the ability to add extra functionality by integrating with other service applications made available by Clio partners ¿ think Dropbox and Fastcase. Further, Clio's mobile app fits in perfectly with my busy lifestyle! If you are deciding on a practice management solution for your law firm, make sure to give Clio a trial run so you can experience its many advantages for yourself.

Couldn't practice without it. Excellent customer online and telephone customer support.

Pros: Can practice anywhere, anytime, with anyone. Super easy to use. Has the features needed most in a law practice - ticklers, deadline management, meeting management, timekeeping, trust accounting, integrated invoicing system. The automated document management system allows makes many of our back office functions and production systems much more efficient. Really appreciate how Clio integrates with major cloud software such as Box, Zapier, Quickbooks, etc.

Cons: Old code and an architecture that feels like it was built 10 years ago - which it was. Constantly needing to refresh the screen to get up-to-date information. User pathing for many common tasks are not intuitive. Project management is terrible - a poor cousin to other software such as Smartsheet. Their "Tasks Chains" is a weak substitute. Most of all, as my firm grows beyond 2 lawyers, Clio's solo-centricity is becoming a problem as it lacks the more sophisticated user-access controls and archiving features found in sofware built for larger firms. I AM told that the #NewClio will fix many of this. Would like to update this review once that new platform is released.

Pros: Ease of use, accessibility, reliability and functionality.

Cons: Accounting

Overall: I signed up for CLIO back in 2011. I had recently left an in-house counsel job where I had over 17 years of transactional experience and entering into private practice. I had no clue of practice management software, but needed the best value and an intuitively easy system to grasp, as I had to also balance learning about the "practice" of law. CLIO was so easy to use and build upon. Additionally, through the years, CLIO partnered with many other providers that CLIO serves as the foundation for my practice and the integration of other services makes CLIO undeniably an innovator. I can literally practice with true Mobility and my clients have been able to easily rely on accessing CLIO for document review, payments into trusts or operating accounts. Tracking time, research and phone calls have also become seamless. I count on CLIO as the total practice management tool. Trust accounting ledgers are easy to create by just a few clicks of the mouse. CLIO truly gives lawyers and legal staff freedom to perform client related services from their tablet and smartphone. It has enhanced my staff's performance and permitted me to implement tele work benefits as a result. I am more than happy to talk to anyone who has an interest in implementing a reliable, functional tool such as CLIO to regain or maintain control of their practice.

Ultimately disappointing.

Pros: We have a small practice with two offices. Clio's web interface makes it easy to use a shared platform for basic things.

Cons: Clio's back office capabilities are woefully oversold. Billing is rudimentary -- even something like billing costs periodically in a contingent fee case is "a feature we hope to implement soon" as their helpful/not helpful customer service people often say. Integration with other online services or othe software is also oversold. With Office365, for example, you get a cumbersome link to the O365 site, but if you open a document from Clio in Word you cannot simply save the document back to storage in Clio. For the amount that Clio charges, it should give better functionality.

Hi Shelley, We're definitely sorry to hear about your frustration with some of our features and appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. You've certainly identified some areas that we can be better in, and I assure you we are working to improve those features. In regards to being able to save documents directly to Clio storage without having to upload, I'd recommend checking out AlphaDrive, a plugin that provides exactly what you're describing. Thanks again, Shelley¿hoping as we continue to grow and evolve the product we can address some of the problems you have. If you have any further concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out and contact me directly. Derek Bolen, Clio Community Manager

Pros: The interface is simple. Non-computer folks are able to use it quickly. Integration with Outlook (contacts, tasks and calendar) great for us. They also make constant updates that are great to see. They are now integrating with Office 365 directly instead of a desktop app. I understand that integration with gMail is even better (but we like O365). Time keeping is also easy. There are also lots more features than we are using, but we have them on our roadmap to implement (like document automation).

Cons: Would like to be able forward Clio notes via email by just clicking a button. We used Clio notes to keep a running update on the case between team members. Also, when there were some significant tech support issues , Clio was slow to react (keeping in mind that an impaired Clio impacts my business). But once they acted (Twitter was a great way to get their attention), they fixed the issues promptly.

Overall: Clio allows us to be more efficient. It is not cheap, but remember that you are not spending money on a server or an IT company. And it allows our team to work from anywhere - car, home, coffee shop, ...

Pros: The Support Team is the best. I love that I can use it for keeping track of clients, matters, notes, and billing all in one place. I also like all of the reports that I can run off for our CPA.

Cons: The "back" button on some of the tabs, especially under Bills doesn't take you back only one screen. I also wish that CLIO had a true accounting feature.

Overall: What I like most about CLIO is that it is constantly evolving and getting better. Every time I have run into an issue, whether it's something that I just don't know how to do, or an issue that I think needs fixing or something that I think needs to be added to make the program be even better, the CLIO support team has always been right there, ready & willing to help. They are the friendliest team ever and are super quick to respond to issues and they even let me know that sometimes my ideas are shared by other customers and have been added to the list of things to be discussed by the team to hopefully be added to CLIO in the near future. At first CLIO seemed overwhelming, but after 3.5 years, me and my boss are still coming across features that are new to us all the time. I tell everyone about CLIO, especially other local attorneys.

Recommendations to other buyers: practice making contacts, bills, matters, etc. and don't be afraid to call for support.

Clio really helped me in my startup law corporation, I felt like I hit the ground running.

Pros: The best part for me is how easy it is to track clients trust funds, bill for time and get paid. I didn't need to know much as it was all very straight forward and quite easy to use. The graphic user interface is a huge bonus, it just looks great. I especially like the performance tracking and you can see if you are meeting your goals or monthly quota for billable hours. Also, it tells you from the dashboard when you are owed or what is becoming due. The reports is a must and makes trust account reconcilliation very easy to do. Moreover, the matter and client tracking features are fantastic. I like that I could set who can see what and customize my experience with others in the firm. If I had to say in two words what I thought, I would say, "It Good!"

Cons: I suppose getting invited to New Orleans for the conferences and stuff. I mean, its just way too far for me to travel for a conference, maybe if there was something local here in Greater Vancouver, I might be inclined to attend . Also, I hate filling out surveys for companies that get my information for free, so that is why I only gave two words on the feedback survey.

Pros: Clio is great because it puts everything in one place and it integrates with tons of other apps to make life at the firm easier. It's a one stop shop for keeping track of the calendar, contacts, billable time, expenses, notes, and for saving and sharing correspondence and court documents with our clients. You can filter for just about anything and there are plenty of reports available as well. We also use Clio for billing and keeping track of client trust accounts. Overall, Clio is a great program and it saves our firm a ton of time and money!

Cons: My least favorite thing about Clio is the billing software. For our purposes, it just isn't very user-friendly. We have many clients with multiple matters that need to be billed separately and there's no way to compile all of the invoices for the same client and email them with a single payment link, which leaves us to download and email them separately with a payment link for LawPay (and then we have to individually record each payment). I think for most firms this wouldn't be a problem, but in our case, it takes extra time.

Overall: Clio saves our firm time and money every day. We use it for just about everything!

So much better than my old software!!

Pros: Easy to use
Fast performance
Clear user interface

Lots of integrations with other products
Great customer training and support
Easy, fast invoicing

Cons: The dashboard needs some work, it's not possible to customize how many days of the year you will work (so you can meet the goals you set) and it's currently not possible to track by revenue in the door, only by billed hours. Would love to have an integration available with project management software since tasks are just to do lists and to do lists don't work.

Overall: I have been using Clio for about a year now and absolutely love it. I used to use Abacus Law which was fine but frustrating. Clio is SO easy to use, I'm a lawyer, not an accountant, but it's easy to figure out what I'm supposed to do. Plus their customer service and on-boarding process are great. Any issues I've had I've been able to resolve quickly with the support team and the development team listens to feedback from users and implements it! Pretty awesome. I have small firm, it's just me. I travel all over the place and I love being able to log into Clio any time anywhere, even from my phone! I capture a lot more of my billable hours. And invoicing my clients in a SNAP. The third party integrations are outstanding, I love how it works with so many other products that I use. I've been able to stack a lot of things to make my firm seem like it's a lot bigger than it is. I <3 Clio! Get it, you will not be sorry.

Pros: I have a small firm, with a lot of documents. Being able to upload everything and have it at my fingertips, whether on my computer, or phone, is invaluable. Also, I can work from anywhere. I am not tied to a specific computer where the software must be installed; everything is from the browser. Also, the functionality of being able to make the software categories, front page, etc., match whatever firm/law you want is great! Also the people at Clio listen and make software changes based on customer reviews.

Cons: Few complaints about the software. Would like the Edit button for the matter to be either left or right (have a choice.) When I split a screen on a laptop, I have to scroll over to edit.

Also, when uploading files, having the boxes shift up sooner would be helpful, so you can see the auto-populate.

Overall: Excellent! My assistant works 300 miles from me in a different location out of her house. We are able to function well as a result of the ease of use of this software.

Pros: Clio has made it clear they are the leader in case management software for the cloud. Your calendar can sync with Google Calendar making it easy to use with Smart Home Devices like Alexa and Google Home. I can tell my smart home device to tell me what I have on my calendar, and what I put in clio will be there.

Also, the integrations with Zapier making automation easy. Now when I get an appointment from the court (calendar setting), it automatically is added to Clio.

The new Desktop launcher for forms. I can edit forms in Word and they go right back to Clio, amazing.

Customer support is head and shoulders above any other company. I have had a few questions on how to do things, and have never experienced anything but helpful and kind people.

Cons: I wish you were able to change the first page that you see when signing on. Sometimes you may need to open clio in court, or while meeting with a client and you may not want all of your settings, etc. to show. Having just a page that opens when you sign in with little to no information would be great.

Pros: Clio is constantly improving and adding different features. If there is something we want to see, we let Clio know and they respond. Their customer service is excellent - if I have a question or problem, I can easily reach them by phone or email or through chat. It is an innovative practice management solution that attracts firms that want flexibility and value innovation and growth. We also love that there are a number of apps that connect with Clio to make it even more customized and efficient. We use Clio to open files, log time, render invoices, records trust transactions, share documents with clients, manage and delegate tasks and our calendar, and draft documents from easily-generated templates, and more.

Cons: There is always room for improvement! Making the calendar easier to use, creating/improving certain trust accounting features are a couple of the things on our wish list.

Pros: 1) I can check to see which attorneys or paralegals are working on this case by going to activities, 2) If I cannot understand a voicemail message, they don't leave a name, or only have the phone number, I can search contacts using the filter for the phone number which will bring up the client's name, 3) I can look at the progress of a case, 4) Clio just makes my job easier because of these features.

Cons: However, I do not understand why when creating a folder in Clio, I input the name of the folder, but then I have to go back into edits to designate what type of folder it is, i.e., correspondence, pleadings, statements, notes, etc. Why this second step. It would be more convenient if I could designate what type of folder it is when I am creating it.

Overall: It makes my job easier in finding documents, identifying which attorneys or staff is working on the cases, I can record all activities for payments, and can check to see if a bill has been paid, if I cannot understand a voicemail, I can easily use the filter feature using only the phone number to identify the person who left me the voicemail. I can set reminders for me in the tasks to keep me organized, which is very useful. And, Clio makes billing a heck of a lot easier. I could not do my job without Clio. Well, I guess I could do my job without Clio, but why bother when Clio makes my job easier.

Pros: Calendaring, timekeeping, and invoicing.

Cons: The apps for my phone and iPad are not reliable.

Overall: We are a small criminal defense firm in Texas and have been using Clio for several years. Presently, we have access for almost every member of our firm and each of us use Clio multiple times daily. The calendaring system, timekeeping, and invoice process have proven invaluable. We also use Clio to store documents such as offense reports, probable cause statements, notes, correspondence, etc. We are on our way to becoming a paperless office using Clio. I can access all of my files from any computer. We have been a little concerned about the accuracy of the app for our phones and iPads. Some of our attorneys have stopped using it. Every morning before court, I print out a copy of the day's agenda and bring it with me to court. Overall, I can unreservedly recommend Clio. It has been a huge boon to my firm and it has helped us grow enormously in the past few years.

Recommendations to other buyers: We tried to merge quickbooks with Clio once and it was a disaster. We'd like to try again, but don't want to go through the same experience we endured before. It really was a mess.

Pros: Here are all of the awesome features: billing, case management, contacts, document upload, bank account management, including IOLTA Account, financial metrics, and reports. I understand Clio now offers court calendar deadlines. That alone is worth the price of Clio if anyone had to calculate deadlines manually or have had a very expensive court calendaring program. I haven't tried it yet because I don't pay for the highest tier.

Cons: Calendaring. I hate having to manually put in everyone's reminder dates for deadlines. I have to do this for every calendar entry. If I was calendaring pretrial deadlines, I'd be spending a half day calendaring. If there was a way to do batch reminders for a certain case, that would be ideal, especially if the same people are assigned to one case and the reminder (tickler) deadlines are the same across the board.

Pros: Easy to use and you can use it from anywhere you have an internet connection.

Cons: I cannot reconcile my own accounts because I could not figure out how to export everything into Quickbooks and make it work.

Overall: We went from PCLaw to Clio because our office was growing and we wanted a cloud-based software program. We wanted to be able to work from anywhere we had internet access. Clio has met all of our needs except one. I really liked being able to balance my operating and trust accounts in PCLaw. Clio does not provide for reconciliation. It is compatible with other accounting software like Quickbooks, but I found it difficult to do the exporting and have everything match up with invoicing being done in Clio not in Quickbooks. I ended up turning over my accounting side of things to my accountant. They match up my bank statements with my account activity in Clio and let me know if anything got posted wrong in Clio. I am sure, however, that those who are more computer savvy than I would be able to make it work.

Recommendations to other buyers: No.

Pros: CLIO is an easy to use full service case management software package. We literally have no limits with this platform. We love using the time feature, creating new template for efficiency, and the integration with tons of other applications. I like the ability to switch back and forth with the new interface, and If we do have questions, the customer service has always been great.

Cons: The biggest issue I have is technical. Sometimes the servers will be busy and we can't access our documents through CLIO or other times we won't be able to generate documents due problems in the cloud. These problems never last long (maybe a few hours), but we rely on this software a lot so it can be a big deal when it happens. Nothing is perfect and we don't encounter these problems often.

Pros: Quick reference
Calendar
Time entry that auto generates bills
Task reminders

Cons: No spell check
Poor calendar feed sync - wait times are too long for appointments made in Clio to show up on iPhone
Contacts search - need more than just (Last Name, First Name) view because sometimes I cant remember clients last names.

Overall: There is no limit to the ability to quickly search a client matter in Clio or in the Clio app for iPhone. I see so many of my colleagues rummaging through files when having to make reference to a matter, and if their not rummaging through files - they just cant seem to remember what they need to at that moment because we are all so busy. At no time has Clio not provided my partner and I the ability to; on demand quickly search for any client, document, date, or information. Literally with a simple search function, we can search through every item in our Clio database that references our search query. We can share, print and email the information on demand also. Clio connects is another great way we keep communication open with our clients -we are transparent with billings, time allocation to matters and with what is going on. This goes a long way for us and our clients really appreciate it.

Recommendations to other buyers: Must have ability to set appointment in iPhone and have it immediately sync with Clio Calendar. Still working with 2 calendars - not fun.

Pros: Everything is at your fingertips in one location. No changing from one program to another for calendaring, for billing, for note taking and inserting emails into matters.

Cons: Sometimes, not all times, I am unable to delete an event. I, with the help of the support team, have figured out how to get around that. I'm sure it is something I am doing or not doing, but again, I can still get around it and delete the event eventually. That is not a major concern.

Overall: Multi-tasking at its best! Everything is in one location, one program. Calendar, billing, note taking, etc. I'm sure there are many more features, I just haven't learned them yet. Change is never easy, but Clio has a great support staff to connect to however you like to communicate. Whether it be by phone, email or online chat. The transition from the several different programs we used prior to Clio was so smooth.

Comments: In researching practice management software when opening our mainly-construction based law office 3 years ago, we decided to choose Clio based on reading product reviews and ease of use for new users. Now, 3 years later, we are pleased that Clio has been able to grow with our practice and expand easily to multiple users as we have hired additional attorneys and support staff. While we haven't yet chosen to take advantage of all of Clio's features, we have been pleased as we transition into using specific features based upon our needs. For instance, we utilized Clio Connect in order to send invoices to clients last month for the first time, and as a result, I am actually looking forward to this month's billing cycle as it seems much less daunting and time-consuming! We hope to continue to expand our use of features and Customer Service has been stellar in documenting my suggestions and experiences. We highly recommend Clio to attorneys who are beginning the self-employment journey just as we did 3 years ago.

Pros: Clio has driven my firm to more efficiency which increased our capacity to take on more cases, grow revenues and expand our brand. Having all of our contacts, matters and important case documents and information in the palm of your hand promotes organization and communication because the information is stored in Clio and easy to access and share.

Cons: The accounting system is still developing. Invoicing clients is amazing, and so are the Clio payments feature and accounts receivable reports. But it's not yet possible to track firm expenses, only matter expenses.

Overall: Contact, Matter and Document creation, and organization in a mobile friendly and intuitive software that promotes growth with increased capacity created with efficiency and greater communication with clients because information is readily available and easy to share.

Comments: I toyed with the Clio free trial a few times over the years. Initially I was turned off by it's 'clunky' back end appearance and that horrible yellow colour its branding used to be. For example once you start adding custom fields to contacts and matters, things can get rather messy on that back end, thank god for API integration and document automation I say, so clients never need to know the house isn't always in order..
However, I was hooked back in this year when I noticed a link on their help site that linked to a document about how they had made amendments to their reports to ensure it complied with NSW Legal Services Trust Accounting requirements (this came from a current clients needs and request).
Shock Horror, a foreign product that caters for Australian legal and practice requirements... first tick!!
The second tick came shortly after, whilst still on Clio's Help site I noticed the documents on that site, are well awesome, in fact they are soo good I don't think Ill ever have to contact CLIO customer service... something I loathe doing. The help-guides really let you understand the program ad how to make it work for you... right down to 'why on earth should I create task lists? and if I do, how can I make it work for me.'
The third tick I will mention is its document storage and automation system... Although users are desperately waiting for developers to fully link dropbox so that you can create templates straight into a clients folder in your dropbox (developers have indicated this is on the 'to do list'), not least because down the track, if you need to you can get quick access to the document directly by opening the folder on the dropbox app on your phone. Besides that faux par... clio does make document automation simple... I successfully ran a paperless Tax season this year using generated documents, I produced from Clio templates for tax clients, and then by applying electronic signatures before lodging returns online and e-mailing a copy to the client... simple, organised, clean and best of all, my house is no longer filled with random paperwork depicting peoples financial details.

Comments: I have been a Clio user for two years - since I left the world of Biglaw to open my own solo practice. When I was in Biglaw, I was forced to use four independent software products to do what Clio allows me to do in a single, integrated product. It is very user friendly, and for the most part intuitive. Because Clio is cloud-based, users benefit from a continual flow of upgrades, improvements and enhancements. The quality of the learning resources have also improved a lot over the past two years. My only minor criticism would be - I think Clio could do a better job of promoting these learning aids to its users, as I sort of stumble upon them, usually when I was looking for something else. I cannot imagine practicing law without Clio. If you are looking for software to run your practice, look no further. I also appreciate Clio's deep and sincere interests in enhancing the success of its users. The annual Clio Cloud Conference is an extraordinary event that is not to be missed. Thank you, Clio.

Pros: 1) Very easy to use; 2) can access from anywhere; 3) no learning curve; 4) easy to set up; 5) easily customizable and layout/setup changes can be quickly made and reversed with no negative effects; 6) integrates with our accounting software; 7) customer feedback directly effects changes in the software; 8) every part of our practice can be integrated into Clio to allow us to work from literally anywhere that has an internet connection, enabling freedom to leave the office without carrying bulky paper files or worrying about our VPN connection.

Cons: Let me preface by saying that I know there are many improvements being made in the software at this moment, which I will expect will fix my complaint. I really wish the reporting options gave more freedom and flexibility. There are custom reports that I wish that I could run as well as running some available reports with different sort or filter parameters. Currently, I have to run dozens of the same report using the filters allowed to get a couple pieces of data off of the last line of a 25+ page report.

Clio has improved our firm's productivity and ability to share cases among multiple attorneys.

Pros: The easy to use tasks lists and calendar features allow you to keep track of cases that will last multiple years. The client pages make it simple to capture the most relevant data and centralize important notes and case updates. There are also features that allow you to set up templates and auto-generated invoices. Clio is also integrated with many other programs, which makes updating multiple platforms simultaneously possible.

Cons: There is not much that I do not like about this software. If I got really picky, I would want the task list to return you to the place you left off after marking a task as complete instead of returning you to the first page of your task list.

Overall: Our staff and attorneys are more productive. It has also increased our ability to work remotely.

Pros: We have a high volume practice and the ease of moving between matters is awesome. Having all of our file information at the touch of a button is great. Our entire practice is on my iPhone and can be accessed from anywhere. Also, the upgrades usually are, in fact, upgrades as opposed to change for the sake of change. We have used Clio since we opened on January 1, 2012 and we are miles ahead of where we thought we would be due to this amazing, cost-effective too. We could not be happier.

Cons: I did not like the overhaul of the document management system. However, it has clearly improved and is much more functional. Other than that, we are thrilled with the functionality, simplicity of use, and cost effectiveness of the app.

Pros: It's easy and intuitive for staff to figure out. Because it's built for lawyers, it seems like there's very little training time involved. Their customer support is also outstanding.

Cons: Clio promotes a few features that really aren't very useful. Document automation is really just mail merge. Tasks aren't very easy to use without comments. Notes are just a little text box on the page, without any sort of saving, formatting, or any other features that a lawyer would need when actually taking notes.

I wish they spent less money on marketing and advertising, and more on product development.

For the price, it's about 30% of my monthly technology spend. But it's nowhere near that in terms of value. I got much more value out of other software products.

Pros: The seamless integration with Xero is outstanding. The conversion process from PCLAW (after using such for 20 years) was easy and the integration team over delivered. I went paperless and Cloud based a year ago and would not have been able to do it without Clio and their team. Their staff is easy to reach and always answers our questions quickly and teaches us what we need to do and know.

Cons: I know that they are working on the trust integration with Xero accounting and I'm willing to be patient, but I'd like full trust capability in Clio e.g. reporting and without any double entry into Xero and then Clio. There are some new features with this that I have noticed and am happy so far.

Overall: fast use and ease of use and able to access anywhere since Cloud based. I love the Clio app on my phone and how I can access everything I need to for communicating with clients while out of the office or billing while out of the office from my Clio app.

Pros: Cloud accessibility, excellent time tracking functionality and let's me track several different ways and in many different places. Makes it much easier to track what I've done throughout the day and add time to it. The app, while it struggles sometimes, has been very useful and will continue to be useful. I can log time from the day with a three year old in my lap at home.

Cons: The accounting aspect of it / integration is sometimes wonky. It would be very helpful to have drag-and-drop storage organization, i.e. a simpler UI for organizing files in matters that are already in Clio.

Does not fit very well for creditor's rights practice.

Bill customization is nice, though not a particularly easy UI to get used to.

Would really like a native Office 365 email integration that doesn't involve third party software that is of questionable reliability / usefulness - something akin to the gmail integration would be awesome.

Overall: Flexibility in work location, good cloud storage capability in a way that organizes / sorts nicely with matters and clients. Billing is relatively easy.

Pros: Before new Clio, the product worked great and met our needs. New Clio's "improvements," particularly with billing, added a number of useless steps and made the task or receiving a payment more time consuming and less functional. Before it was a button click to find the bill, a click to close a matter associated with the bill, and a click to "receive payment." Not now.

Cons: The "new" Clio isn't really very helpful and is less user-friendly than the previous version. And the iPad version is a joke. Try to manage bills from you iPad, even receive a payment, and you'll go right back to your desktop - or you won't be able to get the job done. This is a great case of designers and programmers not understanding how their clients work.

Comments: We have been clio users from the inception of our law firm and I am thankful we did. It has taken some time investment to get it set up correctly for our business but I believe we are getting there and there are features of clio that are well worth the money (even just using it for those limited features).

Pros: Clio is great case management software. The calendaring system makes things very easy and I often enter calendar items or view from my cellphone. Definitely helps keep your practice operating smoothly.

Cons: Creating a workflow that works for our business has been a challenge. Would like more flexibility with trust requests/accepting payments in clio, etc. For example, we accept non-refundable retainers which go directly into our operating account. These are still treated as piggy banks (our clients get statements at the end of month to show how much they have remaining) and Clio doesn't seem to accurately reflect this idea. The way it labels "fees" "payments" seems confusing. Would also like an ability to enter time quickly for a matter (without having to go to the particular matter and then hit "time).

Pros: Clio's integration with LawPay is fantastic and an absolute game-changer for a small practice. The fact that a Clio subscription covers the LawPay monthly service fees make it a no-brainer for any attorney thinking about taking online credit card payments. Clio makes time-keeping, billing, and receiving payment so seamless that the payment features alone are worth the price. What used to be a weekend spent reviewing bills and sending individual emails is now a half hour of a few clicks.

Cons: There are a few usability issues that you have to learn to live with. Certain tasks, like creating a document from a template, require you to manually refresh the page with your browser. Once in a great while, you'll notice some performance issues as the Clio team is wrestling with some server issue. While the web interface makes installation and maintenance non-issues, there are also usability limitations that a browser-based application has compared to a rich client experience.

Overall: Better organization, document automation, easy billing and faster payments

Pros: Intuitive user interface. Logically built to support my practice.

Cons: I cannot think of a single thing.

Overall: I started using Clio the first day I started my firm. I worked in both big law and a medium size firm before I started my firm. Both firms took 30 to 45 days to send out a bill. With Clio, in my first month on my own, I processed 20 bills at the end of the last day of the month in less time than it took my staff to put address labels on the envelopes. My revenues have gone from $266,000 the first year to $409,000 the second year to what will be between $550,000 to $600,000 this year and from what I know from my pipeline of work, more than $1,000,000 next year. Clio and what I have learned from the Clio Cloud Conference my practice has grown in amazing ways. I now enjoy work more, have more free time to share with my family and the important pro bono work in the community.

Recommendations to other buyers: Keep doing what you are doing!

Pros: I like the space. The presentation of the system. I spread apart enough for easy reading for those of us that are not young anymore. I like how easy it is to learn and understand. You could honestly use this system without knowing anything about it.... and pick it up quickly because it's understandable.

Cons: I honestly don't have any complaints about it. I would like to see a way (which there might already be) to automatically track time based on the case you are in so it doesn't have to be done manually.

Overall: You can move fast from screen to screen because of the "easy on the eyes" reading. I have recommended this product to every single firm I have worked at. I have used approximately 5 different systems.. and this is BY FAR the best out there.

Pros: It is very intuitive to use. You can be up and running right away. It helps me practice law by handling the administrative tasks with ease. The customer support is fantastic.

Cons: The only complaint I have is in the document creation, it can be tricky to request a number of documents to be generated at a time.

Overall: When I opened my solo office three years ago I needed a practice management software that I could begin using right then and would make practicing law more fun (without unnecessary administrative hassles). I choose Clio. One of my best legal choices ever. Clio supports my agile practice where my focus is on exceptional service to my clients. I could not have started and succeeding in my new solo practice without Clio.

Recommendations to other buyers: Clio will allow your office to run smoother making practice more fun and reducing stress.

Pros: I like their customer support, they are always willing to help us resolve our issues. They continue to add features to improve the utility of the software. They have worked to resolve issues with partner software packages and respond quickly.

Cons: I am not a huge fan of the new look and ease of use. I was used to the older layout and was switched to the newer one when we had to switch plans as our plan was being phased out. Some of the things I used the most are harder for me to find, and certain things are not as intuitive anymore. I also am apprehensive about our new plan.

Overall: It makes billing much less of a headache. Now if we could only get our clients to pay with such ease...
