The document we save are safe and secured. Everything was accurate because of Clio. It was the best CRM I have ever experience. It is really a user friendly. i would recommend it to everyone.

Clio is very useful and straight forward. i like the graphics it makes me more excited to work every day. The fee was affordable considering the usage.

The customer support is really friendly and approachable. Clio makes our work easy and cost effective for drafting, filing and even managing client profiles.

My overall experience with Clio has been positive. It provides a reliable all-in-one system for managing cases, client communication, calendaring, billing, and documents, which helps streamline daily operations and improve organization. The platform is intuitive and accessible remotely, making it convenient for both office and mobile use. While there are some limitations with customization and the cost can increase as additional features or users are added, overall it has been an effective tool for improving workflow efficiency and keeping client matters organized.

Pros

What I liked most about Clio is its user-friendly interface and the ability to keep everything organized in one place. The platform made it easy to manage client communications, my calendar, billing, documents, and case tasks efficiently without needing multiple systems. I also appreciated the automation features, secure client portal, and the ability to access files remotely, which helped improve workflow and communication with clients.

Cons

What I liked least about Clio was that certain features and integrations can become expensive as your firm grows, especially when adding multiple users or advanced tools. Some customization options also felt limited, and there can be a learning curve when setting up workflows, automations, and reports exactly how you want them. Overall I am happy with Clio. It is not a perfect system and I sometimes find myself having to adjust to the software where I am constrained by limitations of the software that could be easily fixed by Clio.

I appreciate the ability to manage an entire case on a single platform. The ability to keep an overall schedule as well as a calendar for each case which then syncs to my Google calendar for me to view on my phone is invaluable. Additionally, the ability to keep documents on Clio's servers and then access them wherever I have internet access allows me to travel much more lightly while avoiding the concern that I will not have the document I need when I need it or that a paper document will be lost. The ability to create templates for commonly used pleadings and then automatically populate them with information from a case frees up much of the time I would have spent doing repetitive work.

Cons

I wish there was more freedom to customize Clio to work for me rather than having to adjust to work within the bounds of Clio. For example, many times I will have hearings or meetings with a client that involve multiple cases for the same client. I am only able to associate a calendar entry with a single case, so I am left with the options of having a single calendar entry associated with only one of the client's cases or having multiple calendar entries for the same event.

Overall, my experience with Clio has been very positive. Pros

What I appreciate most about the Clio system is how effectively it keeps everything organized in one central location. Having matters, documents, billing, calendar items, and client communications all easily accessible has made my management process much more straightforward. The platform is also user-friendly and has significantly helped save time on my day-to-day administrative tasks. It has been a valuable tool for my practice.

Cons

There is a learning curve at the beginning, especially when setting up workflows and getting familiar with all of the various and numerous, available features. However, once you become accustomed to Clio, it becomes much easier to navigate and use effectively.

Pros

It's intuitive and is always being updated to improve but never in an overwhelming way. Billing and payments is simple for us an the clients and document sharing with firm is top-notch.

Cons

It's pricey. I don't want to become reliant on it in case the price exceeds my budget. I wish there was a discount for using more features.

Great! Their support is always super helpful if I have any issues. They are always coming out with new products to help improve my productivity.

Pros

I love Clio! I have worked at numerous firms and been involved with numerous case management systems. Clio is my favorite!

Cons

No complaints. I have used Clio at my last firm and the firm I am currently at and have not had any complaints.

I would recommend Clio to other firms. It is very easy to track important case information and sync.

Pros

When there are questions to be asked, accessibility to support staff is something you can depend on and they are always very friendly and willing to help.

Cons

Visually, Clio looks a bit outdated, however, that is also what makes it very easy to use and navigate.

My overall experience has been successful and I enjoy using Clio. The interface is easy to use and access.

Pros

The interface is very user friendly and easy to access. It is straightforward to easily access files. Billing is also straightforward and easy to access.

Cons

There are not many perks in the interface in total. However, the transitioning between clio and our previous software was easy to access.

Excellent. I recommended it to my cousin for her husband's law firm I like it so much! They are great with support when I have questions.

Pros

I love the ease of tracking time on a matter, easily creating new matters for previous clients, emailing to a matter to keep track of correspondence and documents.

Cons

If you start a matter in Clio Manage, it doesn't link it to the client in Clio Grow. Just remember to start in Clio Grow and it is fine!
