"Clio is good, but could be better"

**Pros:** I really like how Clio organizes all our client information and case documents in one place. The task management is pretty solid too, it helps us stay on track with deadlines. Automating some of the basic intake forms saved us a good chunk of time when we first set it up.

**Cons:** The mobile app can be a bit clunky sometimes, especially when trying to quickly access a specific document. It's not a huge deal for day-to-day work but can be frustrating when I'm out of the office and need something urgently. Wish it was a bit more intuitive.

"Clio for the Win!"

**Overall:** Our overall experience has been great. The customer support and ease of use make this product worthwhile. I feel like we made the right decision!

**Pros:** Overall, Clio is a great! The ease of use is the best part. Customer support is excellent too; and it seems to be evolving much faster than other products we have used in the past. I really like the docu-sign feature, client portal, and template creation.

**Cons:** The downside to any new product, including Clio, is the transition time between products often results in frustrations and loss of productivity.
