Pros

This software allows you to do everything in one place: time keeping, billing, calendars, tasks, etc.

Cons

It can be confusing to new users, but they offer a series of videos that I recommend to anyone first starting out. Don't skip out on the learning videos.

the calendar is easy to use and the user colors are helpful the email reminder for tasks is helpful when calendaring

Cons

the contacts are a lengthy to enter the information not sure if there is a pop up screen that can appear for assigned tasks.
