Pros: Its easy when its working.

Overall: Its so hard to access there server to login to my account. Also if you E-Mail for support no immediate action is taken it seems like they bit off more than they can chew not enough bandwidth and or big enough servers to handle their customer base.

Pros: Easy to use.

Cons: Not very indepth.

Overall: Does the basics but that's about it.
If you are tracking expenses, routing, billing, payables with revenue over 100K this is probably not what you need.

Pros: I like that I can track and schedule jobs, add comments, keep track of customers, contacts, and track billing. Its easy to use and its improved since I tried a free trial about 4 years ago.

Cons: Little bit expensive on the full version for what you get. I also found that there are some bugs and you have to start all over sometimes. Customer service wasn't what I expect with a paid service.

Dreadful software. If you're serious about your business then avoid this.

Pros: Cheap and the initial customer service was good.

Cons: Customer service and that you're been fooled pre-sign up.

Overall: Firstly, the customer service is so bad that you'll begin to think that you've been scammed - in fact you may well have been. As for the functionality of the software, it's seriously dated and the programming is poor. It does not work well on mobile or tablet (iPad). It doesn't sync with any accounting software. The option to export all data is almost completely useless if you're looking to use the info for accounting purposes. I could go on but life is too short. Switching to something decent over the next few days.

Recommendations to other buyers: To my competitors: this is awesome software give it a go

Pros: Lawn Pro is detailed and covers all the bases. It can do anything a lawn care company needs to do. I used it during the trial, but it was more than I needed.

Cons: Lawn Pro has a learning curve. Its strength in being all inclusive is also a weakness, because it take some getting used to.

Pros: Looks professional.... That's it!!!!!

Cons: FULL OF BUGS!!!!! They will not respond to any problems!!! once they have your money your f*****!!! I wasted my money so DON'T WASTE YOURS!!! The demo was ok but it doesn't allow you to demo the full version because its full of BUGS!!! If you schedule a job that is repeating and have to change or postpone it then you have to manually change it for the entire year!!!! Plus you can't delete it!!! The customers name will still be on the calender until you close the program and open it again, so if u had 10 jobs thats day and it rained u have to erase each job 1 by 1 for the entire year, every time a job is postponed!!!!! SUCKS!!!!! There r more but trust me SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!

Overall: DON'T BUY!!!

Excellent. Not sure how it has so many bad reviews. I guess they have updated since 2016.

Pros: Features for the money is incredible. Very fluid software, easy to use, EXCELLENT customer support. Immediate responses.

Cons: Honestly haven't had anything negative yet. Had ads in the software when I first signed up. Contacted them on a Sunday morning about this and they had my ads gone within 15 minutes on a Sunday morning. Excellent customer service.

Comments: iv been using it for a year now, did a one time payment. i dont use the scheduling but all the other tools are great, ivoicing ect, you can pull huge amounts of date on clients to see whos profitable, track your years profit and loss, i think its pretty slick. there is a forum where bugs are fixed and i have been emailed by them a few times with support. recomended.

Pros: NONE They only thing is that they took my payment right away.

Cons: Save your time and money. I bought software and was very unhappy with it. very simple and very sorry. also when i told them i was unhappy they did not return my calles in a number of occasions and are still avoiding me. Not professional at all!!!! DO NOT BUY!!!

Comments: Very complete system from tracking expenses to scheduling to cost tracking and equipment management. Also very comprehensive reporting.

Customer service issues are a thing of the past. Also a great community forum for open brain storming with other users and your ideas are translated into upgrades if possible..

Comments: I'm surprised by the other reviews. Perhaps in the past the company had support issues, but I have been using Lawn Pro for nearly two months now and am very happy with the service.

The software is clean and easy to use which helps because I am not a techie. Plus, they have a free trial - if you don't like it don't buy it.

Great for small lawn care business.

Pros: Very easy to use. I was able to schedule jobs and keep track of my clients. Also able to track expenses and income.

Cons: I used the trial version and unfortunately since I just started my business the cost for the full version was not in my budget. I hope to be able to purchase in the near future.

Overall: I was able to track all of my clients jobs as well as my business expenses and income.

Comments: Lawnpro has been adding lots of updates lately and has chemical application tracking, scheduling and customer history reports, invoicing, estimating etc etc. They had a bad rep in the past, but are improving and communicating much faster then before.

Overall: Paid my money, got NOTHING sent several emails and still NOTHING. I had to ecalate with Pay pal to get money back
