I attempted to make it work for a few weeks but ultimately ended up switching to Jobber due to the excellent support and onboarding they offer. **Pros:** Seems to have a lot of functionality such as routing, invoicing, and client management. The price structure was reasonable. **Cons:** Customer service is terrible. Onboarding and customer support are very important as a new customer transitions to this platform because as there is a lot of functionality and it isn't self explanitory. They ONLY have chat customer service and in my experience the response time was several hours, up to 1 day, for a response. I also had to nudge them for responses as well. So you get nowhere quickly. Another issue is if you have multiple properties under one client name. The system doesn't play well with that scenario. Additionally, if you want to upload >50 clients you cannot do that during the free trial, so I also had to purchase a paid plan during my trial period in order to see if this software would work. After my experience and needed to go a different route due to LawnPro's poor customer service I asked for a refund since I never actually got to use the platform.
