Their systems has charged my clients hundreds and even thousands of dollars wrongly, sent out invoices to people who aren’t even my clients anymore, and changed the price on contracts without me even knowing. **Cons:** I don’t like the customer service. The only thing it is is a chat with \[sensitive content hidden\] who barely even responds. My guess is, it is set one rate on the customer level but a different rate for that property or the service done on that property.
