January 31, 2020 5.0 Lawn Pro as I stated above is my other best friend, when it comes to scheduling, invoicing, keeping my customers in a database that I didn't have to generate through Excel! Also I like the way I can download to a spreadsheet at anytime. I am just now getting acquainted with the bookkeeping part of the program we will see how that goes! Pros The program helps us keep our customers up to date with all the services, invoicing, and scheduling, love it would not change it for anything! Pros The sceduling has made it easy to keep up with when jobs are due. Cons Just recently after using this software for years I log on to find that I am now on the free plan. The cost is quite high. That part alone is worth the investment. Pros We use this program pretty much everyday and really find that it make things easier. Billings runs great and helps us get paid on time. Credit card process of the invoices thru the program saves time. Track customers, estimates, invoices, and job tracking - we use it all! Cons We wish we had more time to work with it but work calls. It's a great tool to keep track of customers, billing, scheduling and equipment. Pros Works as promised. Great value for the money. Pros I liked it was free to use, and that it offer many good tools while still remaining free. Although as my customer base has expanded I will eventually have to pay for the product. Cons One, I want a feature that shows me gross revenue for current year. I also would like to isolate revenues for specific customers on specific dates. That may be an option, but I have not found that yet. You can see gross revenue for the year by going to reports, then click the revenue by customer report. It will show you all revenue for any date period and you can filter by customer. BS Brandon S. It has been a great experience. Very easy to use. Phone app is also a big plus. Pros Ease of use for daily invoices. Great way to send invoices through email. Overall program is great. Cons I am currently only able to have 50 customers on my version. I don't bring in enough revenue to justify an upgrade for just 10 more customers. Cons On mobile, the calendar You can only see the number of jobs on a certain day when viewed in the monthly format. on desktop you can see the customer listed for each day on the monthly format, even though the text would be small - would love to see a way where I could view the calendar like that on mobile.
