Cons Route planning could be improved. There is a good interactive map which could be more detailed ie. what customers haven’t had a certain treatment and the map could remove customers who have already been serviced by that treatment. I moved from hand written paper invoices to this program. I saved so much time and energy. I don't have to keep receipt books with me and I can find unpaid invoices easier. Pros I purchased the entire software. I like that I can customize the product for my specific use. Cons Customer Service hasn't been all that great. I called and couldn't reach anyone.
