Because all around it’s a terrible terrible software. Right off the bat I signed up for the messaging. The text messaging and it immediately bombarded my clients with text messages copies of the same one. And customer service. Oh they’re terrible. \[sensitive content hidden\] is disturbed. I can’t even describe the words. It’s just terrible. I would advise to stay away from this software. Cons Customer service. They were terrible. They’re rude and they’re short. Cons Would like to make it easier to move entire days worth of scheduling to another day.
