Pros

Like the additional features and online access.

Cons

No flow in the process. The need to enter time on each job for a larger maintenance firm is unrealistic and far too time consuming. Would lose to much productivity.

Pros

I went to the CLIP Conference to learn more about ITC but we didn't make the switch from XE. I have hopes that the software will continue to evolve, but it does not yet do what we need it to do.

Cons

The software is not yet ready for companies that do landscaping as well as maintenance

Pros

I liked the price, it was a good value, and i love how it saves us time and money everyday.

Cons

I didn't like the feel of the software, stuff took a while to load, and it seemed outdated.

Would not recommend unless you are getting detailed training.

Pros

I didn't find any pros with this software.

Cons

Not user friendly... I am a whiz on computer software w/o training! I couldn't even understand how this program functions.

Quick and user friendly. If you can think of it Clip has as well and it is here with the itc.

Pros

The ease of entering transactions and billing.

Cons

I do not know if I have any issue as of yet. I have been using clip since 2008 and recently upgraded to the itc version with no hiccups at all. So far so good.
