Over that time we have spent tens of thousands of dollars with them. This month we had about 18,000 unused credits expiring. We asked for a small favour. We asked them to extend the expiry by a few months. We said we planned to keep using the service. Support declined. Credits would only carry over if we renewed on the same plan. That plan was more than we needed. We asked a second time, pointing to our long history as a customer. The answer was the same. We were offered a upsell call about other products instead. Parsing quality has been OK over the years even though they have massacred emails extracted from PDF on thousands of files we are still fixing. But a 10+ year customer asked for a few months of goodwill on credits we had already paid for. That was refused, with no flexibility at all. Is that how you treat loyal customers? Other vendors price similar plans lower, and they value long-term clients. Consider that before you commit. From their appalling lack of ethics to their complete disregard for customer satisfaction, this establishment leaves much to be desired. Watch out for auto renewal and the over charging from the company. Pros The CV API is straight forward. We used the API . Cons The billing is unscrupulous, easy to get started and then you wacked with multiple Billings within a quarter billing cycle. Beware buyer. Adding it to the mix has saved us thousands of dollars in development and on-going maintenance. Pros The parsing is critical, and the thing I like the most is their customer service. Its better than any other parser i used till now Pros RChilli resume parser is able to scan and parse various file formats It also allws to capture details from webpage, so able to pull resumes from jobsite or google resumes Cons Cant parse scanned image of resume.
