Pros It used to work well and was well supported until about 2020, when it all changed....... Cons Since 2020 they radically changed from reasonably stable and well supported to reasonably stable and NOT supported. When I initially started using it many years ago, I did need their support quite a bit and that worked well. Since I recently upgraded to the latest version which DIDN'T work, their support gave no-one home for weeks, months, for ever.....$200 down the drain. Pros I use Magic Members on my 2 websites because it has integrated with Ccbill payment gateway. It lets me charge my subscribers without issues. Cons The plugin has lots of features, it takes some time to get used to it. I had to spend a few days to find out the functions of the plugin. You'll need to contact their support in this process. Cons They are SCAMS!! For the love of God, do not buy this product. They say you have 30 days garantee, but it's a lie. As soon as you ask for your money back, they stop to answer you. The product wasn't good for me, I need to use pagseguro, but this method of them sucks. It's hard to set up, it's hard to do modifications, the buttons are small and the check out is bad. It's not worth your money. Right now, I hate it. They just aren't responsive at all to support requests. Pros It seems to work well . . . until it doesn't. Cons I've been waiting for 2 weeks for a response to a service issue. I created my membership website within 3 days with their support staff. Pros I sell online courses online with Wordpress and Magic Members. I accept payments via PayPal and 2Checkout payment gateways. Magic Members works with PayPal and 2Checkout payment gateways smoothly. Support team are friendly, thank you team, they solved lots of issues for me. Cons I believe the interface of the plugin could be more user-friendly. You can accept payments on your site or off-site. It's integrated with more than 20 payment gateways. Pros Magic Members is a great Wordpress membership plugin to create your website on a Wordpress platform. It's easy to use and has lots of features. I've been using it for more than 2 years. Cons They need to add some more payment gateway integration such as braintree. They update their plugin every month. It worked and support was responsive. In 2016, all support completely stopped. I went months without a response. Then one email saying they were backed up. Then months longer till I eventually chose another platform and migrated my site. Even more malicious is the fact that requests for info with the intent to buy, sent to the same suppose inbox (using a friend as the customer) were answered same day.
