They will steal your money. Pros Purchased easyrent reservations software and it did not work. Cons the easyrent reservations has no ssl certificate, does not work on mobile. No after sales service.... don't believe me try calling their Florida tel. Number. I have requested many times that they either fix it or give me back my money. They have not done either. Reasons for choosing Easy Rent Pro price but as it turned out it was the most expensive purchase of my life. Do not buy from them they will take your money and give you unworkable software. Then I pay for it and it was working for 1 month. After that all suddenly the Reservations Online stopped working with the Easy Rent Pro Software, and from then I have overbooks, missing cars on list, and I can use it any more because it's not working. I have contact to the support more than 10 times with no answer at all for the problem. Even when I asked for a refund nobody has answer me. Avoid this product. Pros If was working it will be a nice application for the car rental industry. Cons It's not working. The connection between Easy Rent Pro and Reservations Online is not working. Pros the first attraction is that it is easy to setup and use, also it is very customisable. we were able to configure it to suit our business ecosystem.it also allows us to connect easily with other soulutions. and yes, i had few hiccups but the customer support were awesome to help me get going. great software.
