I have been using Net Health TherapySource for 20 years. We discontinue using the TherapySource in 2020-2021 due to drastic increase in price. We tried Dr. Chronos, Web PT, and Prompt. Hope PT return back to TS after 2 years. The package that TS provided was more than other EMR systems for the same cost!!!

Pros

\-Live Customer Service Support -Compliant (Medicare, ICD Codes) -Notes to insurance and referrals are professionally organized and easily legible. -Clinical workflow and interface allows for quick and accurate documentation allowing clinicians to spend more time with patients during the day. -Notes are detailed and fast. No blank screen for clinician to constantly think of what to write. It allows clinician to click on prepopulated choices/statements to produce professional notes.

Cons

\-Note able to populate data/metrics on clinicians productivity (CX, NX, Avg. Visits, etc.)

I have had nothing but great experiences with NetHealth and the entire team that works there.

Pros

Compliance with regulations, ease of use and responsiveness to change and growth.

Cons

Better reporting needed, but this is in process at the moment.

We have had a great experience. They have always been responsive to our needs and and requests. The product is current and stays with the times. It is insurance compliant and make documentation easy. It is user friendly to both clinicians and support staff. Product development is always listening to what the client wants. They have a great customer support team.
