We installed it, created the sync and didn't worry about it after that.

Pros

I like the fact that we can print checks in batches once a day. It works, just one less thing to worry about.

Cons

Having to keep certain files open at all times and losing the sync when updates take place.

It is nice to know you can call someone who has the knowledge of how these programs work and it is there job to know so I don't have to know. This allows me to just do my job. I can't express my satisfaction enough on the Tech who assisted with the issues I was having in getting DBSync set up. They were extremely helpful and patient and able to walk me through everything step by step. Very nice people to work with.

Pros

The integration of this product was seamless. The customer support is PHENOMENAL. All my questions and concerns were answered in a very timely (quick) manner. The representative was very gracious and helped me understand how the product works and was very patient as well.

Cons

There is nothing that I do not like. Everything works as promised. The customer service was top notch and very professional.

Cons

Software sync is not fast, take a few minutes for each sync.

Web frontend is smooth, once we worked thrugh a few basic errors.

Cons

Needing to switch to classic mode to find some feature customization. Not a huge issue though it was just faster to find that way.

We are using DBSync to take financial data from Salesforce and input it into QuickBooks. This has saved our finance department so much time and has prevented pesky data entry errors. The original setup process was simple (the mapping document was easy to set up) and then we got rolling pretty quickly. If an issue arises, they are easy to reach and typically fix it quickly. We are very happy!

Pros

It's easy to use, customer service is responsive, and the cost is reasonable

Cons

It does what we need and isn't causing us any problems, so I can't say anything here

We really like the ease of moving data from one database to another. We've had a wonderful experience all around with DBSync!

Pros

The integration function is simple to activate. It's a great way to move data from Salesforce into Quickbooks. And, when we needed questions answered support was available in a short period of time. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] are very helpful! If the solution requires more research or time to process they have been fantastic to return the call quickly and make sure we understand all aspects. Tremendous customer service!

Cons

We don't have any suggestions for improvement at this point.
