### "AgencyBloc at KHI Solutions"

Implementing this in 2011 was a huge undertaking with our separate databases for information and commissions, and our old program did not necessarily play the nicest, but since we've been using it over 8 years now, it is so worth the switch. They have implemented new, useful tools for agencies going to this program since we switched, and it seems like they are always working on new things to make it better. I like being consulted when they are thinking about new items to roll out and how that would affect what we do, or if it is even worth it. Our reps are great and they are always a quick response away from a question or concern.

Pros

I like the web-based platform so we can access it anywhere. Prior to this, we were tethered to a server database. I also like that it is integrated between the database and commissions, as our prior commissions and information databases were not the same.

Cons

Many of my issues with things were learning to use it after we were used to our old database. I know there are some things we don't need or use that I wish you could turn on/off, but that is a VERY minor complaint.

Reason for choosing AgencyBloc AMS+

I can hardly remember what we were looking at at the time, but we liked the web-based platform.

Everything is in one place. I do not have to have different software for phones and database, it is all in 1.

Cons

That you cannot text pictures to members, and that there is not fax capabilities.

I was told it integrates with Employee Navigator but after I signed up, I found out that very little data carries over and you have to manually sych it. You also have to manually synch all accounts every time. Random info comes over with no rhyme or reason. I spent more than a month researching why things were happening as they didnt understand or have first hand knowledge. THey simply sent me articles. Takes a lot to manually update info. I feel like I was promised something that was fiction.

Pros

It is inexpensive and has some texting and email functionality. It has some but limited integration with Employee Navigator.

Cons

Integration with Employee Navigator is poor. Teams knowledge was subpar. getting things corrected was all on me. They made mistakes that delayed the implementation and only agreed to refund half of the month fee despite the delay being more than a month.

From our initial presentation by \[sensitive content hidden\] , to our data migration supervised by \[sensitive content hidden\], to the support we receive from our Client Success Manager \[sensitive content hidden\], to the training offered by \[sensitive content hidden\], we have just been truly amazed by the amount of support we receive and the attention to detail that everyone we have dealt with provides. We know who to contact for what issues and everyone has been quick to respond and help us resolve any issues we may have had. Our previous CRM is no match to this level of customer service.

Pros

We like the user-friendly design that Agencybloc provides. From the client management, to policies, to reports, to tracking activities, it really is super easy to use. We had another CRM prior and they certainly weren't user friendly and it wasn't designed to use for insurance. This platform really makes our jobs, lives, and client interaction and support so much easier!

Cons

It would be nice if it was more user friendly to link email outside of Microsoft to be able to track client interactions. We utilize Gmail and that is our only issue at this time.

Salesforce was not user friendly for us because it wasn't designed for the insurance industry and we don't have a dedicated tech person to be able to customize the platform enough to suit our needs.

There are a few things I would like it to do for instance if I am working a case I would like the projected due date to remind me in an email to me. I would also like an account to show the whole family not each individual

Pros

I like the fact that it is a cloud based system with the ability to easily add custom fields. I also very much like the built in ability to do mass emails/email-drops as well as some built-in automatic workflow functions. Commission importing is also very easy and time saving. I like the continuous product improvements - most recently the addition of Outlook integration. We have also very much enjoyed the strong customer/product support from AgencyBloc.

Cons

We had used a different software for more than a decade and I may be biased because of that. There is a feature, related to how AgencyBloc has products set up, that I am not keen on. However, it is not a major issue for our work and use of the system.

Pros

I love how this is setup specifically for Life and Health agents. There are so many customization that can be made, but it already is setup and can be used exactly how it is. There is an endless amount of customized reports that can be ran. This is setup so that if you are a single person or if you are an agency or even if you oversee multiple agencies this is built for it. It is affordable for a month for 1 person to use....Way cheaper than anything else i looked at.

Cons

I use Facebook for marketing/lead generation. Agencybloc is not directly integrated with Facebook. I just currently emailed Agencybloc to get info on how to set this up.

Can't say there is anything I don't like. We moved to AgencyBloc from another platform about 8 months ago and the transition was painless.

Pros

Added lead functionality with texting capabilities make it much easier to keep in touch with clients throughout the year.

Cons

Lead conversion does not appear to leave a reportable record so far to be able to track conversion KPIs. Would definitely like to see this added soon!

### "Sales Pipeline"

We have been very satisfied with Abloc. Even with work arounds it has very much helped us streamline our daily work flows. And now that the Sales Pipeline is available, we are better able to track our leads even better than we had hoped for.

Pros

We had been looking for a better way to keep track of any and all actions that had occurred on a client's policy. Abloc gave us the ability to track all activities and have an easy way to find the history for any action taken over time.

Cons

Tracking leads was a huge issue for us. We felt hindered on being able to track a lead from first contact to issued policy in a way that worked for us.

Reason for choosing AgencyBloc AMS+

Abloc seemed to have most of what we were looking for at the time we were shopping for a system that would work for us. We were able to track not just individual client information, we were able to track group clients as well and in such detail it was an obvious move for us.

Being web based, it is easy for our company with several remote offices to all use the same data base. It also makes it easy to access information off site as our agents meet with people outside the office on occasion.

Pros

It's fairly strait-forward to use. The way everything is labeled, after a small amount of training we are able to keep multiple users consistent with data entry. This enables more accurate reporting, which in turn helps with other aspects of running our company such as marketing.

Cons

Duplication of information - Policy detail and coverages share several of the same data points. I question a bit of the accuracy of reports. Recently I pulled up all active clients and updated missing information. Shortly after that a coworker was pulling up several accounts that had missing information. I have also had a couple of coworkers tell me some attached information had disappeared. This has not happened to me, so I have not been able to determine if it was operator error or the program.

I have been searching for a superior method to monitor all activities that had happened on a customer's approach. Agencybloc enabled me to follow all exercises and have a simple method to discover the set of experiences.

Cons

Keeps freezing and pausing lately. It would have performed much better if little work will be done on the software

Pros

Agencybloc has proven to be a very valuable tool to track our commissions. We use the program for that reason but I can see how powerful it is and how much more we could use it for. Customer service is unmatched and I ALWAYS get a response to my questions quickly. My rep (who I adore) even checks in with me on a regular basis to make sure I'm in good shape. Trainings are very informative and are given frequently and I am grateful for that. I am very, very pleased with our decision to work with Agencybloc and recommend them without hesitation!

I can't think of a thing. It has met and exceeded all our expectations.

It has been overall a good experience. I think they are a little on the expensive side for what they are. They aren't too much more than a large filing system. We could probably get the same use from Google for a whole lot less.

Pros

The system has most of the data that you need frequently available on the first page. It has quick access to policy numbers and contracts if you save it on there.

Cons

It is a little obnoxious that it is web based. It takes more than just saving a contract or a guide to a folder. I wish they had a desktop version of this so we could save quickly.

AgencyBloc is a time saver especially when it comes to email campaigns. You can quickly sort out a list of customers to send specific emails to.

Pros

You can set up automated emails to customers and forget about it. The system will automatically send out your welcome emails, birthday emails, holiday emails, etc. Then, you can check to see who opened the email, how many times they viewed it, and if they clicked on any links. This is a great way to find out how effective your emails are and if you should continue sending them. From my experience, whoever reads your emails the most, happens to be the customer who refers the most.

Cons

Mass emails are at 2 cents per email, but that's only $2 for 100 emails. (Still a great deal!)

I have had an amazing experience with AgencyBloc. They had really top notch customer service. There was one point where I email \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] everyday for a few weeks and she would ALWAYS reply in about 10 minutes. I feel like about of my amazing experience has to do with her excellent customer services. She took the time to explain things to me and provided me with the necessary information. She was always available to chat when I needed her help. Thank you \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\].

Pros

What I liked most about this software is the ease of use. I find it every easy to navigate Agency Bloc.

Cons

I dislike that I am unable to see the email campaigns on my dashboard.

The benefits of using this product out weigh its downfalls in its ability to search for particular clients/files.

Pros

I love that I can customize the template for my clients needs. It is very user friendly when you need to add or subtract information. And works decently with other programs that are required at my office.

Cons

I do not like how some of the search options function. Occasionally you can put in the correct client information and no file will pull up. The files there you just have to go to another piece of information, for example a telephone number instead of a last name.

I would highly recommend this service to any health and life insurance agents. I do not sell auto and home so I do not know if it would work well with that business. This software doesn't require complicated computer skills to operate. It really has changed my life.

Pros

Has my clients all in one place I can work from anywhere, including the beach Does not have too many features to confuse me Is extremely user friendly, I have been able to easily use this software. I do not consider myself computer savy but this is the easiest software I have ever used. Organizes my clients so I can easily find them. Allows me to keep all my contact information online including phone numbers for insurance companies. It is extremely affordable I can save emails to the client for which they pertain I don't have papers and files all over my desk anymore I have not lost any papers in a very long time! I have not had to call and ask for support from their customer service. I have not needed it!

Pros

What we like the most is it is insurance industry specific and that we are able to tailor it to our specific wants and needs. The ability to download scans into specific clients files has simplified our startup with AB. Instead of keying in all the old notes I scanned them into pdf's and downloaded those. The same goes with plan analysis and supporting documents. With AB our client files are now always with us and the hard copies are elsewhere in a secure HIPPA compliant location.

Cons

I often find that what I think I don't like is overturned with some experience and the help desks input. There is some clumsiness in downloading stored file to attach to emails etc but I'm still finding my way around.

The software is very easy to train new employees. The new hires have a very small learning curve. New hires are and running day one. Adding clients is very easy and quick. Stability of software has been the best part of using AgencyBloc.

Cons

The sort features are somewhat limited. Would like to see ability to search for clients and agents expanded.
