President Used the software for: ### "Health Insurance Agency CRM review." May 10, 2016 4.0 It is fairly easy to use, basically fill in the blanks and attach your files as needed. The system allows you to log in and out as needed to access your client database without having to worry. I recommend to my agents to save the PDF files to AgencyBloc and delete them off their desktop for security. The hardest part is to get Agents to actually input the data, which is typical of a good sales person they can sell but hate paperwork. It's wise to have the agents pay the cost for data entry. In other words, they failed to meet my needs. AgencyBloc is an amazing system with superb ease of use. Best of all, it's tailor made for health agents. I can get in touch with Tasha at anytime and she does not make me feel as if my questions are dumb. She walks me though the software step by step. If I need help getting something customized to my agency, she helps me accomplish that as well. I tried no less than 5 CRMS prior to making the investment with AgencyBloc. It is created for benefits agents and GA's, and it is constantly updated based on client feedback. Cons What I like the least: Like any agency management system, it always seems like the person who wrote the program never worked in an agency. Owner Used the software for: ### "A CRM That is Affordable and Practical" June 23, 2014 5.0 I have been using AgencyBloc for my small agency since May of 2012. I am able to keep track of my client's notes, activities, pdf attachments and emails all in one place. Being able to track my commissions is another plus. I can also say the customer service is second to none, they are always willing to take my phone calls and answer any questions I have.
