Any time I've had an idea about a feature, support was more than willing to discuss it with me and that in and of itself is amazing. They are always adding new features that increase ease of use and functionality. This is probably one of the best CRMs I've used. very pleased with the customer support and the features. everything else is great too but they really shine there! Pros Loaded with features and always adding more and not pointless stuff either features that are actually useful! Customer support is outstanding, they are super responsive and are always looking for feedback and ways that they can improve the software. There in software email and messaging makes it easy to contact clients right from within the system easy and convenient. Cons I'll let you know if I come across any. " 5.0 Overall Rating 5.0 5.0 Ease of Use 5.0 5.0 Features 0.0 0.0 Customer Service 5.0 5.0 Likelihood to Recommend 0/10 November 11, 2015 I use the i-linked CRM to conduct all aspects of my business as a PEO brokerage from the time the initial lead comes in, through the sales and set up process, and to conduct follow up after the sale. i-linked allows me to input all data, store all documents, pre-fill needed forms, send all forms/docs, and communicate with all involved parties in one place. It also allows complete transparency and accountability with a running history of messages/notes and status updates as the process moves forward. i-linked has easily increased productivity by 60% for my company by linking the lead suppliers, brokers in my organization, and the PEO's I submit business to. I would recommend i-linked to any business in the PEO industry whether you are an independent broker, a large brokerage, an MGA that supplies leads to brokers, or a PEO that writes the accounts. The software is designed specifically for the PEO and health world. The software does have a few limitations that I would love to see filled up, but I have seen that with each new release from the software it serves to erase another small irritant that I have with the system. Overall, the small concerns that I have with the program do not amount to enough to make me regret signing on with them. We instituted the system at our company a little over a year ago and the difference has been amazing. Our ability to track our clients, move files efficiently through our office and in general increase the efficiency of our support staff has been nothing short of amazing. There are other CRM's out there that we have worked with, and I can't speak to all of them, but I personally find i-linked to be much more user-friendly, customized to our industry and more customer service oriented than any of the others that we have used previously.
