I wouldn't recommend this software to my competitors Pros The customer service is great! Other than that, i got nothing. The experience from the start was unsatisfactory Cons Unreliable. Not user friendly. Lags in a lot of area. Some of what is offered is customizable but really only if you customize to match them. Pros This software is easy to use and very reasonably priced. The service and support provided is excellent. The program's reports are highly customizable and work for any jurisdiction or need.
