Team has a good understand of our business and business processes. Cons Somewhat of a steep learning curve when trying to learn to self-develop processes from scratch. Since then communication and performance has been more stable. They were able to build workflows that met our complex business requirements and their implementation team were very knowledgeable and flexible with our needs. Pros Excellent service and support from our contact at APPSeConnect. He is always flexible and able to troubleshoot any issues in a quick and timely manner. The level of customisation is also great as we are able to integrate our website and ERP system with ease, despite our complex business requirements. Cons The beginning of the project was a bit rocky when the project was being passed between the sales and development team so it took a bit of time to get going from a project management perspective. Very helpful and wanted to understand our business process to make sure the technical workflow matched that. Cons Nothing. We had a great experience all around with them. It is important to have the layer of communication to deal with things efficiently. It is greatly appreciated too. Pros I enjoy the ease of use once the flows are written and deployed. The automation in our processes between Shopify and our ERP are time savers. Cons I'm not sure I can answer this as what I like least is regarding AEC is no fault to AEC. I wish i understood the programming end a bit better to attempt connections and changes on our own if needed. But AEC, is there to help so I have little concerns in my shortcomings. Review Source BM Belinda M. eCommerce Sales and Marketing Manager Retail Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Successful Integration between two complex systems" August 12, 2024 4.0 We hired AEC to integrate the amazon SC platform with our back-end SAP S4 Hana system and overall we are happy with the final, customized solution which has automated the transactional data feed from Amazon’s Seller Central platform to SAP, which is basically what we needed to accomplish. We recognize that it is a very complicated process and started the project with no prior experience with a webAPI. If there would have been more attention placed on the initial conversations on how the framing of the integration and the blueprinting process it may have saved time with the implementation. Our resident SAP expert had to step in to pull both sides together, ask a lot of questions that were difficult to answer not knowing the Amazon Seller Central data side. Pros The team was very responsive, with a good attitude to problem solve. Cons Project timeline was delayed most likely because we had to understand how to best match up the data points which could have been discussed in the blueprinting process.
