Cons Their customer support is lacking for sure. I have submitted 3 different support tickets to attempt to update our account, with response to only 1 of the requests. It was something that our IT department is unable to do, so I replied to the same "open" ticket, and received no response. If there is a name or DOB correction Ezclaim creates a duplicate account. That becomes a known issue and make you have to do double the work. Then turn around and resubmit the claim that now cost extra to fix and resend. If you know how to use Windows, then you can teach yourself EZClaim! The customer service is fantastic and any help you ever need, there is always someone there quickly! Cons I cannot think of a thing I do not like! Wait, yes I can. I guess for me, it was time consuming in the very beginning. You have to enter all your practice information, to include, all provider information, procedure codes and diagnosis codes. That could be different now, I do not know.
