Overall, the program is simple to learn and use. It is very helpful in our day-to-day posting of payments and invoicing.

Pros

The software itself is pretty easy to use. The functionality of the program ties into our Quickbooks program pretty well.

Cons

Their customer support is lacking for sure. I have submitted 3 different support tickets to attempt to update our account, with response to only 1 of the requests. It was something that our IT department is unable to do, so I replied to the same "open" ticket, and received no response.

Pros

Easy to use! Very straight forward. Works well with my clearinghouse. I have only had one issue I can think of in the last 2 years, and they resolved it within hours.

Cons

Wish there were more options on formatting statements, the info can appear all smushed together. Can be slow at times.

EZClaim provides a straightforward and functional billing solution that is particularly well-suited for small to mid-sized medical practices. The system emphasizes ease of use and affordability over advanced automation and high-level analytics. Operational Challenges Limited Automation: Many processes (e.g., follow-ups, advanced reporting) require manual handling. Basic Interface: The system design is functional but lacks modern usability enhancements.

Pros

Easy to Use (Beginner-Friendly), Cost-Effective for Small Clinics,Faster Claims & Payments.Excellent Customer Support: Support staff are described as knowledgeable, responsive, and dedicated to solving issues promptly. I had a dedicated team member that gave me their number for any troubles and we still keep in contact after they left the team.

Cons

Basic User Interface (Outdated Feel). Not fully integrated with Practice Fusion. When patient demo updates are made in Practice Fusion the office has to make the biller aware so it can also be updated in EzClaim. If there is a name or DOB correction Ezclaim creates a duplicate account. That becomes a known issue and make you have to do double the work. Then turn around and resubmit the claim that now cost extra to fix and resend.

I would say my overall EZClaim experience has been a positive one with minimal hiccups even during the data migration process. I appreciate the software.

Pros

I believe EZClaim has high value with a fair cost. Claim processing is simple and reporting is exactly as needed. EZClaim customer service has always been prompt to respond when needed as well.

Cons

The lag in the remote platform especially when exporting and saving reports. It would be helpful if the claims screen included the ID number and Medicaid number as well.

Overall, I've had a great experience! I've used this platform for nearly seven years now and I would recommend to other billing companies.

Pros

EZClaim is a very user friendly product. It's very straight forward and has the ability to do all required functions for Medical Billing.

Cons

It would be nice if I could fully customize my own reports. There are a lot of great reports to choose from, but there are times I have to combine two or three to get the data I really am looking for.

Overall my experience with EZClaim has been a game changer. I can track all patients past and present, services, bills, accounts, payments, authorizations, with just a click of a few buttons. Awesome!

Pros

EZClaim is very easy to use to keep records of all services and payments. It easily creates batch claims as well as individual statements. It helps us understand individual patient service usage and predict more accurately future needs. Information and answers are intuitive and easy to find.

Cons

The reports are not as easy to develop specifically tailored to what we need. It can be a little difficult to find the right report and include the correct information on it.

I have used many EMR systems, this is by far, the best program ever!! It is efficient, user friendly, and an all around fantastic program

Pros

The pricing is lower than any other EMR that I have found. It is user friendly for sure. If you know how to use Windows, then you can teach yourself EZClaim! The customer service is fantastic and any help you ever need, there is always someone there quickly!

Cons

I cannot think of a thing I do not like! Wait, yes I can. I guess for me, it was time consuming in the very beginning. You have to enter all your practice information, to include, all provider information, procedure codes and diagnosis codes. That could be different now, I do not know.

After our system crashed we needed help. Being so used to our old system, it was a challenge to start anew. Everyone that has helped was very patient, and walked us through slowly to help us understand. Whenever I needed help, it was a phone call away!

Pros

It is user friendly. Training was great. Had all our questions and issues answered. Very helpful staff.

Cons

The print on the website was very small. Was not able to make it any bigger. Would like more report options.

I find EZClaim to be very user friendly and very easy to use. I also love the assistance that is given as often as you need it.

Pros

I love the zoom calls. They are so helpful with questions for a first time user. They are very patient and willing to answer any questions.

Cons

There are no cons at this point. I am still new to using EZClaim but I do not have anything that I do not like at this point.
