Pros The system is extremely user friendly and very easy for a new employee or intern to pick up. The most impressive thing about the software is the level of support you get from the team. One phone call and your speaking to a team member who addresses your issue on the spot. They are always open to suggestions as business changes. Cons Cons are probably different for each store’s type of business. In my case, any con I can think of are far outweighed by what the software is capable of. Pros I love that I can call and always get a real person on the phone. I feel like they are an extension of my pharmacy. They are always coming up with new things to make our lives easier and willing to listen to our comments and suggestions Cons With it being a smaller company it isn't always readily available for outside sources to easily itnegrate with.
