Comments: I have been with this company since its infancy. Through the years and transitions LPS has remained customer oriented. It is difficult to find a company that treats you the same if you are 1 store or 100 stores. Without questions they are willing to do whatever they can to make you a satisfied customer. I have been and always will be willing to talk to any potential customer without a sales pitch just my experiences.

Pros: Easy to manuever about. Respond quickly to user suggestions. Customer service outstanding, can fix majority of issues over the phone. Easy to train

Cons: Not aware of a "users manual", however customer support is readily accessible and readily available

Overall: I have been associated with at least 4 other software companies through acquisitions of other pharmacies. None have even come close in customer support or ease of use. I have been a user since 1988, and started using Visual Pharmacy when the program was "rolled out" in 1997
