Cons sometimes there are things that we cant figure out and there is no way to figure it out without calling customer service. Through the years and transitions LPS has remained customer oriented. It is difficult to find a company that treats you the same if you are 1 store or 100 stores. Without questions they are willing to do whatever they can to make you a satisfied customer. I have been and always will be willing to talk to any potential customer without a sales pitch just my experiences. None have even come close in customer support or ease of use. I have been a user since 1988, and started using Visual Pharmacy when the program was "rolled out" in 1997 Pros Easy to manuever about. Respond quickly to user suggestions. Customer service outstanding, can fix majority of issues over the phone.
