Overall, my experience has been great by being able to provide feedback to others and reading my own results.

Pros

I have used TruScore when filling out 360 evaluation of peers and of course my self. I have also received feedback and seen the actual results of my evaluations. I really like that these evaluations really allow you t understand how other perceive you compared to your own self awareness. I really like the results presented in a more easier to understand version.

Cons

I don't have any complaints, the tool is completely confidential and provides information that is necessary for follow up and development.

Reading and understanding a 360 survey is hard and 360 Assessments makes it easier.

Pros

If you have done a 360 survey before, you know how much information you can get when you look at the "review" sheet. Sometimes it's overwhelming and you don't know where to start. 360 Assessments breaks things down into digestible pieces of feedback.

Cons

Following up with digestible information from a 360 survey is vital but I do feel that there is a bit of a disconnect between understanding the feedback, picking areas to improve, and then focusing on long-term implementation. Reviewing the info was great but I struggled to find actionable takeaways as a lot of the feedback is subjective.

My overall experience has been really positive, allowing myself as well as coworkers and supervisors to identify areas of improvement and reinforcement.

Pros

360 Assessment allows to obtain an accurate, confidential and well organize feedback process from supervisors, colleagues and supervised personnel. It offers the necessary tools to obtain a well accurate and specific feedback indicating the areas to be reinforced as well as the strong and weak points. The different methodology applied allows to have a more open information from the participants.

Cons

So far I don;t have any negative comment about this software.
