Pros: Staff Scheduler Pro from DBI Technologies Inc. installed seamlessly and presented a full sample shceudle with database entries ready to work with.
It took about an hour and I was up and running with my own Staff Schedule. Making a master schedule template, as DBI suggested, and then using that as a primary coyp and adjusting for my staff's exceptions to their standard hours was easy. Staff Scheduler Pro has great real-time reporting and their historical analytical reported to really goo too.
Staff Scheduler Pro has saved me countless number of hours in preparing payroll on a monthly basis. I can also do my own adhoc reporting with their export to file capabilities.
What I like most about Staff Scheduler Pro is the visual, drag and drop gantt style scheduling which makes it really easy to see that I have the right people in the right places at the right time!
Staff Scheduler Pro integrates nicely with various POS systems with is a plus.
Cons: I wish there were more than their 12 stock reports, but with their data export capabilities - there's alway a way to do the custom reporting I want to do.
Overall: Staff Scheduler Pro is worth every penny!
