It's been fantastic for bonus calculation and it has really made our lives so much easier. I would highly recommend this software to any peer or colleague

Pros

I love the functionality of the software, it is so user-friendly. I am a new user and I made a seamless transition into becoming fully capable of using this wonderful system.

Cons

I cannot think of a single one, could not be more pleased!

Flexibility and customized product that will help us get rid of spreadsheets!

Open ended lends itself to design being off. Balancing customization with too much... Need to be confident in your own team
