I was able to dump years of data into it and sort it out in a few days. It was an extremely useful tool. Pros I like the AI component. And they give you 1/2 off to test it to see if you like it. And I was able to generate all kinds of financial reports that looked professional. polished, etc. Cons It's a bit complicated to navigate it if you're not a financially inclined person. And they only give you limited AI access to ask for help. I had to ask the AI the same question several times and by the time it understood my question my credits were up. I wish it had an easier way to extract pdf bank statements into quickbooks. It has take the daunting task of handling my books and simplified it for me. I have spent less time doing the background work and more time on money making activities. From invoicing and online payments to quick and easy financial reports for my accountant. The other thing I've found helpful is the fees and charges for online payments are comparable to every other service out there. This has simplified everything into one program. Pros QuickBooks Online makes invoicing, billing, and paying bills such an easy thing now! Everything is easy to use and if I need support then customer support is a quick call or message away. I've yet to have any issues or find anything buggy that needs fixed. For the price of the product it is a GREAT value! Cons I've yet to be disappointed with QuickBooks Online. Much of what has been frustrating is self imposed and is a result of me not reading or working my way through the problem completely. Pros I liked the ease of use for categorizing transaction, I felt like it was helpful at auto-categorizing as well and was easy to set up rules. Cons I had a really hard time with customer service. I got locked out of my account and had a really hard time getting back in. Once I had gotten back in, all of my accounts had been disconnected. It was impossible getting set up again so I left QuikBooks.
