They charge you a setup fee for every integration even though they have the integration already setup and just have to turn it on. Just about every TMS out now does not cahrge you for those but BP tries to maximize their profits. THe system is old and outdated Legacy System and not even a good cloud system. They have alot of delays and issues with their systems and their support staff are slow to listen to their customers. Their support staff think they know how to run a brokerage when they have never actually doens so and will tell us how we need to do our jobs. Pros At first alot, but as time grew and everytime we had an issue their support staff would always start blaming other systems for issues when it was their own systems causing said issues. It got to the point that we were ahing to deal with support more than the carriers or customers. Cons Their support staffs arogant attitude and always blaming other systems for their owne failures. I can show you right now at least 40-50 issues within their TMS sytem that we have shown them on multiple occasions of siad issues and all BP Support says is "No on else is having this issue so its your computer, or systems causing the conflict." And they never go any further or doa nything other than close our tickets out. It's an easy set-up, great customer support. Since I started with them, I've had to call- once. And it was something that I clicked on, on accident. Pros I like the User friendly aspect. The option to integrate with Quick Books Cons Off the top of my head, can't think of one. I guess the thing I like least is that it's not free. Reasons for choosing Broker PRO Familiarity with using. Along with the "Pros" mentioned above, the customer service has been top notch. All I need to do is send an email or make a one time call if needing more indebt information and I know the BP team will take care of it. So when there are those minor cons, I don't sweat it because I know it will be handled in a professional and timely manner. Pros As an accountant, I find BrokerPro to make everything from billing to invoicing seamless and streamlined in helping keep track of AR & AP. If I want to view a specific customer or carrier to view their history, invoices, bills, documents, etc. I just have to make a few clicks and it is presented in an easy to view format. I can even choose to export the data shown into a pdf or excel spreadsheet (Filtered & Raw). Cons Loads can take longer than expected to update after the records have been changed. There are times when functions do not work like exporting data to QuickBooks. BP can also be glitchy and slow when trying to navigate through the software. Broker PRO has brought about great changes in how we run our daily operations. To this we are very grateful for our TMS support and everything it offers. Pros Reliable Logistics Inc uses Broker PRO daily for all aspects of our business. We love its functionality and user friendliness in every module we use. When searching for a new TMS a little over a year ago, Broker Pro went above and beyond our list of expectations delivering a product that was superior to our older TMS. The support we have with these guys far outweighs any in the business. They take pride in their product enough to answer the phone and assist to troubleshoot any issue at hand promoting great customer satisfaction. Once a ticket was submitted, it would be hours before our call was returned. TMS was not as user friendly or ease of field search, reporting, and not web based. Alternatives considered [ITS Dispatch](https://www.capterra.com/p/106760/ITS-Dispatch/) Reasons for choosing Broker PRO ITS Dispatch did not meet what we were looking for in a TMS. ITS Dispatch didn't offer multiple customer billing. Also didn't offer a way for us to attach multiple documents to a load when billing (Carrier freight bills, rate confirmations, proof of delivery). For our multi fascinated business, ITS Dispatch couldn't meet our needs.
