We have used it in our manufacturing plant for several years, and very rarely ever have a problem with it. The rare times we have had any issues, customer service is very prompt in their responses and are great at working with us to resolve the problems.

All pros, biggest pro is the cost savings after the initial investment. The upfront investments for all SPC software is relatively equal but many charge monthly fees to maintain the software. Infinity charges $125 per user per month, where as Zontec only charges an annual fee. Literally saved us over 80%.
