It was a nice experience while using the Prospect CRM and we recommend to our friends as well.

Pros

It is nice and easy to use software, full functional and has many nice features. Prospect CRM is the awesome sales CRM tool for our brand.

Cons

It's support, we were stucked sometimes, and we were getting responses too late for our queries. Overall, the experience was nice.

My sales team loves it, but I don't use it as much as they do. It is very useful for analysing the sales of our products.

Pros

The human interface, training and customer support are excellent. It is faster than our previous CRM.

Cons

Frankly, there isn't much to dislike, so I have no comments to make here. I could always complain about the cost if you like?

It is a decent piece of software for those who need the features it offers, but for those who just want to create quotes and orders it increases rather than reduces your workload.

Pros

The structure/hierarchy of contacts (company, division, contact) is helpful.

Cons

The software has a very "Microsoft Excel" feel about it completing any task takes a few seconds longer. Over time, the seconds add up. We were previously using Unleashed to add and process orders but switched to Prospect which then sends the orders to Unleashed. Instinctively, Unleashed is much faster and easier to use and our staff choose to use Unleashed directly instead of Prospect. For example, we could previously create a quote and download it as a PDF instantly. We now have to open a Word document, then save the word document as a PDF, find the PDF in a folder on our computer etc. When we accept a quote we routiely wait up to 30 seconds for the quote to go through to Unleashed as an order. Managing products in Prospect isn't easy - a large user unfriendly Excel spreadsheet. We had a problem of duplicate products and incorrect product codes syncing from Unleashed and have still not resolved this.

Reason for choosing Prospect CRM

The price was cheaper.

Very positive. As person who likes things to be clear and organised i think that ProspectSoft is a brilliant tool for the whole team - especially sales & marketing to work together and communicate when working with customers.

Pros

Easy to use, you can track so many different things - really helps a busy team keep communication at bay. Very useful tool to help you look after customers to the best ability possible.

Cons

Its quite a new software and they are a very adaptable team so if we ever find anything that needs improving etc they are quick to take it on board and the changes are actually made ! ( you would never get this with a big corporate company )

Support, Flexibility, Reporting, Sales Pipelines ability to force tasks

Cons

Documents layouts are hard to master, but the support teams are there to help and always a pleasure to talk to.

Prospect 365 is great for managing opportunities, creating and sharing quotations and associated documents. Seamlessly works with Unleashed and Xero. Each adviser I have spoken with have been brilliant, providing quick responses to any queries I've had.

Mass downloads of files created in Prospect would be a useful addition

I struggled with it initially but recently I have been getting used to it and I think with a bit more practice, it could be very crucial working alongside unleashed

Pros

I like it’s integration system with unleashed and also how it offers a wide range of reporting system especially with the sales pipeline.

Cons

It’s not very user friendly to look at. Especially when creating quotations, compared to others like unleashed and quickbooks desktop, information is much more easy on the eyes

Great, very easy to use and provides a lot of information with a touch of a button. And I am saying this without using Prospect CRM to the fullest capacity.

Pros

Prospect CRM is very good with issuing quotations & it works well with Sage 50. And very easy for reminders, love the dashboard as it give a great summary, search works great & give all the infor required, etc.

Cons

Not many. It would be nice if changes on Sage 50 after account opened could be transferred to Prospect.

Our greatest requirement was for inventory management with customer and marketing functions seemingly easier to implement with other products rather than visaversa. - A marketing based CRM would still of left us fairly short in operational organisation for distribution.

A little over two years with Prospect CRM and everything is in a really good place, the working relationship and support offered is key to this.

Pros

Easy to use, constant development and improvements but in place prior to asking or even finding small glitches. The price is negligible in compassion to what it brings to the business in the form of revenue. Customer experience has only been enhanced by all the reminder features, follow ups, emails and quote faculties built inot the software.

Cons

Don't really have anything to not like, if so it would be petty thing such as the colour scheme.

When it was first implemented as a CRM system, I saw the improvements and advantages compared to the old system straight away. It has saved so much time making products live on the website, and adding content and digital assets. We often use special UDFs and a lot of reports, some for analysis and some for storing data i.e. volumetrics or FAQs. A very nice system to work with, overall.

Pros

Making products live on the website, adding content and digital assets is one of the easiest things to do.They use mainly drag and drop features, which do not take a lot of time.

Cons

Sometimes the website can be difficult to change in terms of how the web pages are laid out. But this does not affect the department I work in.

I finally have a tool that makes me more efficient instead of drawing on my time and resources.

Pros

Prospect is easy to navigate and I find it very intuitive. The support materials, chat feature, and live trainings are clear, concise, and refreshingly coherent. Using previous CRM's took up my time, Prospect Soft helps me manage my time!

Cons

The only thing I don't like (and I understand the theory as to why) is that you can't duplicate email addresses. And that it seemed so intimidating at first but was surprisingly easy to learn and master.

Pros

The interface is very user friendly. A variety of built-in dashboards allow you to easily track, monitor and action opportunities/quotes giving us great oversight at any time of current sales and lead generation. It integrates with software for producing quotations and marketing communications which are then visible within the CRM providing visibility for all staff members allowing us to provide the best service. The team are super helpful and responsive to any queries we have and do all they can to find an appropriate solution.

Cons

No cons other than a few initial teething issues at the beginning which were quickly sorted out by the team at Prospectsoft.

Much better intel on customer and ordering trends. Much greater ease of tracking leads and lead management Much easier pipelining and forecasting Simple customer credit control snapshots available for sales staff, instead of referring to finance team. Easy to set up. Winner.

Pros

API hookups to Unleashed & Xero make it so easy to use - live quoting with stock data means we're not quoting on stock we don't have. Customer RFM makes the sales team more efficient as they can target clients effectively to build on successes, or to rescue those who are having a hard time.

Cons

There is almost too much customisation possible... but it's easy to lock down the system, so it's not really a disadvantage.
