Only for hospice. Email support. Ease of use. Valuable. I like that it is only for hospice agencies.

Cons

Sending in tickets and waiting for a response. I want to talk to someone via phone. I communicate better that way.

Pros

The team at Mumms has repeatedly gone above and beyond with our hospice. Literally, every step of the way with set up, training, and billing the \[sensitive content hidden\] have all been the most helpful people!! There are so many options for an EHR, but I cannot imagine any company that would ever be this helpful!!

Cons

I would love to see faxing capabilities built in at some point. I am also hoping that there is an integration with PCC.

Easy patient searching. Easy to add different teams, while all in one business unit.

Cons

Charting was not intuitive. Care plans did not populate with assessment documentation. Difficult to personalize care plans. You had to know exactly what you wanted and where you were going to find what you needed to document. Unable to document at the bedside. Reports were limited and not fully inclusive.
