Pros Its professional and elegant design in each survey makes it attractive to fill out the survey forms so that it is simple and not boring, the data collection with the help of askiafield has allowed to have a more professional market research by being able to know what they think good and bad customers with respect to the experience they have had and thus improve and be able to be closer to them through surveys. Cons The support, although it is not bad, could improve the response time, it is the only thing that bothers me that they do not answer immediately as I would like. Pros The platform's built-in tools make it easy to set up a survey. I also think it's great that they offer interesting new technologies (from partners) from within their own platform. You can try cool new stuff without needing to start a relationship with another vendor. Cons Askia is quality software so no real complaints. I guess, if anything, I'd say that UX can always be improved since the bar is so high these days.
