We use the company's software to manage our complaints and Freedom of Information requests. The flexibility of the product enabled the company to tailor the workflow to reflect our particular requirements. The product integrates seamlessly with our email software. The performance management side of the product is highly effective and has made a major contribution towards helping us to improve our response rates and ensure service improvements arising from complaints are recorded and carried out.
