Pros: Training for working with ITSM365 both employees and clients requires minimal time. An intuitive and user-friendly interface, along with its flexible customization for specific roles, leaves virtually no questions.

Cons: In our company this software has been used for almost 2 years and all the issues that arose, the girls from tech support decided almost instantly. So there are no shortcomings.

Pros: Everything is immediately out of the box: applications, tasks, changes. The program can be used not only in the whole company - we took only for support, now it is used by everyone.

Cons: Unusual appearance of the program, but digging in the settings, we managed to get the system, which we initially counted on.
