Pros

This is an easy product to get set up, staff with all levels of ability can use the software with minimal assistance. Everything that was needed comes out of the box, this was used for a number of months whilst deciding on our new helpdesk software. Appealing dashboards which display users stats, this we found helped motivate the team with their call management.

Cons

Nothing, really good software, just wasn't the one for us.

Very good support during evaluation period. Although we selected a different ITSM solution, SupportDesk ITSM ended up second in our preference list. The company is eager to work with customer to make sure that the product is well configured and used.

Pros

Very powerful tool for ITSM. All the fields on the screen are configurable, which makes it very easy to adapt to specific needs of the users. Many, many ITSM features. Definitely a product to take into consideration for ITSM solutions.

Cons

Look and feel is sometimes a little bit old fashioned, but all the necessary functionality is there.

Pros

Training for working with ITSM365 both employees and clients requires minimal time. An intuitive and user-friendly interface, along with its flexible customization for specific roles, leaves virtually no questions.

Cons

In our company this software has been used for almost 2 years and all the issues that arose, the girls from tech support decided almost instantly. So there are no shortcomings.

Pros

Everything is immediately out of the box: applications, tasks, changes. The program can be used not only in the whole company - we took only for support, now it is used by everyone.

Cons

Unusual appearance of the program, but digging in the settings, we managed to get the system, which we initially counted on.
