Pros: Again very user friendly. Having color coded options make it easy to coordinate my day. Finding appointments is a breeze.

Overall: Another very beneficial asset to making my busy life a bit simpler. I always like my calenders to be viewable in an at a glance way.

Pros: Integrates with outlook. Makes it easy to schedule appointments for all staff. Very user friendly. :)

Cons: I wish i would have had more time to implement with our staff for open enrollment this fall. Not a con of the software, just staffing did not make this possible this year. I plan to further work on this for next year.

Overall: None yet, we are still in need of implementing this software within our company.

Pros: Ease of use. This software allows the user to make the choices they need without having to "work for it".

Cons: I miss having a "go back/undo" button. I haven't seen on in this software. I make mistakes and don't like having to worry about everything being perfect before I submit them.

I love SheduFlow. It was so easy to learn and works great for my needs!

Pros: The ease of use. This software makes my sheduling so easy. I love that it keeps all the information on my contacts. It is great that I can access all my appointments and contacts from my PC, tablet or even my phone. This is great and so easy to use.

Cons: The program is really great. There are a few simple changes that could be made in the contact area, but other than that A+.

Pros: Software is built well, easy to navigate, well versed, and intuitive. the applications are simple and direct.

Cons: IT could be better in some ways. the room for improvement is there, making the objective easy to target and navigate.

Pros: its Simple and easy to get used too. Anyone can figure out the program in just a few minutes. It's quick.

Cons: I have nothing negative to say other then the cost is a bit of a nuisance I wish the free version was a bit better

Pros: The way you can share group calendars from anywhere and any device. It gives you more of a sense of control over how you use and manipulate your calendar.

Cons: There is a significant learning curve. This app currently appears to be available for Android only. The ticketing system is easy to miss but you can submit a tech support ticket

Overall: Able to manage my daily schedule much better and more efficiently. I also like the interface

Pros: Smooth, easy to use. Help me control everything better. It is one of the most useful software I use so far.

Cons: Bug sometimes. Sometimes whenever I click on the Ready button it kicks me out. So far so good. Can do better.

Pros: We started by using the offline version, which worked 6 years ago for us, but moved on to the subscription version. Much, much better for us!

Cons: At first the system wasn't something I was used to, but customer support we great to help have a smooth transition from offline to online versions.

Overall: Made scheduling conflicts disappear basically

We used this as a solution to scheduling field services techs. I was compensated for this review.

Pros: Being able to use cross platform, ease of use, and having a free trial before having to pay was a plus.

Cons: The largest drawback to me was pricing, I would prefer a less expensive product. No real drawbacks aside from that.

Overall: It served the purpose of scheduling multiple technicians in multiple locations.

Pros: The software was easy to use and has powerful features. I like that it is compatible with all mobile devices and has a native Windows interface.

Cons: If there is anything to complain about it is that it would be nice to integrate with other software. Like our accounting software so we don't have to maintain two databases of client information.

Cons: cant see all the slots depending on the size of the monitor, maybe it is a setting i need to adjust on my end

Pros: The display is easy and allows us to visualize activity over many apartments. Fairly easy to input new holiday stays

Cons: Can't input ICals, new events scheduled automatically as entire days and creep over the next day when accessed.

Pros: Its cloud based so very easy to access from multiple platforms. Updates instantly for all users. More cost effective than purchasing industry specific software with less functionality.

Cons: Customer support is difficult to access and not helpful in a timely fashion. Periodically for unknown reasons program needs to be reinstalled to work again...may be a problem with updates.

Pros: Ease of use and great customer support. It helps with my efficiency and able to look up my schedule in a clean and organized manner.

Cons: I don't need to use it too often. So, it is not that practical for me. I think once I get used to it, I will use it a lot more.

Pros: Easily keeps schedules for 5 staff members in a busy research office. Even those that are technology challenged can use this without much help.

Cons: Inability to run customized reports can be frustrating. Other than that I can't think of anything negative.

Love the ease of use. Wish it had some addisional selection features to print, but love it.

Pros: The ease of use. easy to explain how to use it. I can see multiple employee schedules at the same time. The contact list it creates and when looking for a contact it makes them easier to find.

Cons: The printing options it has. Would have loved to be able to print the schedule as viewed on screen without having to do a printscreen

Overall: Made my scheduling life easier

Schedule Flow was very helpful when I called in. They helped us resolve the problem we were having.

Pros: It is very user friendly and easy to schedule. When we are scheudling it is very simple to look up job names and customers. It is very nice being able to print off the schedule as well, so we can hand our customers their schedule.

Pros: The fact that every computer is linked together and appointments instantly pop up. A user in the front of the business can schedule an appointment for a user in the back and never have to tell them. Also, reminders can be set to automatically pop up. For instance you can make an appt recur to remind yourself to pay a bill or contact a customer.

Cons: Some of the use takes a bit of a learning curve. It could be streamlined a little. The process to add users could also be streamlined a little more but ultimately the pros outweigh the cons.

Overall: The ability to schedule appointments across multiple computers and users.

It is easy to see all the daily appointments and move them to a different day or time.

Pros: I like that you can see the appointments and that you can have several users and give them different permissions. It is easy to schedule and move appointments.

Cons: The customer service was a little difficult to work with but when you are able to get them they are easy to work with.

Overall: We don't have to use a paper schedule and buy tons and tons of white out any more. It is easy to share the schedule with everyone so people can know what available days they have to do different jobs.

We have used DuoServe for a few years now and it has definitely helped us out over the years.

Pros: We like how it will keep up with all customer information, past and present appointments
Ease of access from mobile phone
Can add as many resources as needed

Cons: Would help out tremendously if there was an app for this software
It's formatted more towards an office setting and not an outside service software (but we have managed)

It fits our purposes at work, note-taking is good. Can't check from home is a big bummer(licenses)

Pros: I like that anyone on the system can edit the schedule and that it updates fairly quickly. It is great for being able to check notes across different users which is a plus.

Cons: Honestly I am very frustrated that there is no ability for me to check schedule from home. ON days that I am off I have to call in and ask an office staff about what changed on my schedule or come in to work to check. It would take my organization using another license for me to have functionality at home.

As a small business ScheduFlow as been a great scheduling tool.

Pros: Easy to use right from the start. Don't have to worry about doing a backup. Can access from home or on the road.

Cons: Mobile access should be a standard feature and be similar to the desktop version. It would be nice to have a notes feature for each scheduled item that is different from the description box and would also allow for attachments.

Overall: Cloud based scheduling software that is easy to use.

Pros: Product works great for our scheduling for our repair shop, helps us book hours for each technician.

Cons: Doesn't Auto refresh all the time sometimes you have to refresh yourself. Which can cause scheduling issues if you don't remember

Pros: The ability to create and color code each employee and each type of service. This makes it easy for us to look at the scheduler and know exactly what the employee is doing based on the color as well as the status of the actual service call.
It is very reasonably priced for all that it offers.

Cons: We would like to to be able to integrate with QuickBooks and read our customer base so that we would not have to enter customer information twice.
We would also like to see that the software become available for Apple computers. We have recently switched to Apple computers and as of yet have not found a program that works as good as ScheduFlow within the Apple apps. Therefore we have both Apple and Windows computers at the desk and this is cumbersome.

Pros: Gives me all the options I need. I like the reports it allows me to export and the ability to use it from the comfort of my home. Would definitely recommend.

Pros: multiple stores can use the program. Easy to use. Great functionality and design. also has mobile access.

Cons: I wish they had tech support that answered phone immediately... but they do respond well by email.
At times our licenses get hung up and even though we have extra available we cannot add new people until tech responds to email... frustrating.

Pros: Ease of scheduling and the speed of the software is great ! Adding resources and clients is easy too. Looking up customer history and forward scheduling is a breeze and works very quickly.

Cons: More room for notes in the client information. Keeping a history of the clients in these notes will help. A button installed on the appointment window that contains that clients notes would be ideal.

Overall: Greta scheduling software !

Pros: Our business serves multiple states so having the option to view multiple calendars at the same time is definitely a plus!

Pros: Helps us keep our service technicians jobs in order. I like how you can print the schedules in different ways. Also, searching by the customer and pulling up all their appointments is a plus.

Comments: I am currently scheduling 4 technicians with ScheduFlow. They are able to check there schedules with there phones and not have to call or stop by the office. If a call comes in while they are in the field, I just add it to there ScheduFlow and they can continue their day. I am able to label there service calls and see exactly what types of work they will be doing that day. It is simple to use but gives so much convenience throughout the day! Also, the Customer Service is outstanding! They get back to within hours not days and just check in with you to make sure everything is going well. This program is worth the try. And you have 30 days FREE to see if it really does work for you. Awesome Software!

Comments: We find that we are more efficient and organized using scheduflow. We keep a monitor just for our emails and scheduflow and so at a glance we can see our appointments. It is convenient for us set up appointments every 15 minutes during the tax season. Overall: I had to switch scheduling services in order to have a multiple scheduling system for more than one doctor. We chose ScheduFlow and have had the best experience with it! Highly recommended.

Comments: We use Scheduflow at our Law Library to manage schedules for our in-house lawyer. Comments: I found ScheduFlow online and was interested right away. However once I got started I found that it was not as easy to use as I thought it would be so my opinion is it just is not user friendly. Also a huge downside was that they do not have phone alerts such as text reminders which is important for our company because we do not always have time to pull up the schedule and check it especially if we are driving. There were things that I did like such as the view and how I could see more than one employees schedule at a time, but also is difficult to figure out how to set up.

Comments: I've tried many other free calendar systems but keep coming back to this one even though I have to pay because of the visual effects. It's so easy to see everything. I do wish it had a separate "do to list." It also needs holidays. The biggest problem is the bugs. Every so often it has some type of error and needs to close out which is a pain. The other problem is that when I am doing recurring stuff I have to "trick" it into things so it doesn't go on more dates then I want it on. Even still some times that doesn't work. If they could get all the bugs worked out and a to do list, this would be hands down the best calendar out there!!!! Also I wish they wouldn't assume that I am with an organization and not just using this for personal use. So in that regard I think there should be a price for personal use that is less then they charge companies.

It's relatively easy to configure the look of the schedule to individual needs and permits numerous variations...more than we can use but its good to have the choice. The function allowing a mobile device to be used cannot apparently be initiated entirely online in real-time which is a bit frustrating as is the sometimes difficult to reach "help". We were somewhat surprised over the recent December holidays that we were unable to reach a person who could help us deal with the replacement of one of our PC's that malfunctioned with a mobile device. While we came up with an alternative, by the time "support" got back to us our needs had changed again so it wasn't a smooth process bringing devices on and off the licensing function in this case. It is not always this way but superior customer service would not have allowed this to happen and we have been good long-term customers. Overall, this program works very well as designed and is a good value for any small to medium business...and superior to other competing products of which we are aware.

We need to make it clearer next holiday season that you can file an online support ticket that is guaranteed to be answered within 24 hours but usually within 1-2 hours on average. We will make this clear and will make sure that problems are resolved quickly in the future. Comments: We moved to appointment recommended for our services and Duoserve has made the transition very efficient. We use three computers and one mobile device so our customers can always count on their appointment time.
