Workday Succession provides the means for companies to create succession plans for key positions and leverage the talent data that exists for each candidate.
Workday Succession is excellent for small to mid size companies.
Pros: The best feature of Workday Succession is its ability to easily allow you to plan for employee succession programs.
Cons: Integration wasn't the smoothest. The student didn't integrate as easily with our existing systems as we had hoped it would.
