“Siebel CRM RODOD”

ProsWe are using siebel as part of our rodod system. Siebel is very friendly to use and you can view the records in different screens and views and applets.
ConsYou need to have a proper training in order to configure the business component of siebel. Also you need to explore other field in order to familiarize with it

“Siebel CRM works well”

OverallSiebel CRM works well but needs some tweaks for faster loading time and better UI features
ProsUser interface is good Siebel is easy to use and it won't require much to to get users accustomed to it Integration to other programs or platforms is possible
ConsUI needs tweaking to look and feel up-to-date. If you compare it to other platforms, I would say Siebel is a bit behind. Common issue with it is how slow it loads up. Unless you have above average PC specs, you won't really say Siebel loads up pretty fast.

ProsFairly easy user interface that allows work to flow flawlessly. Though the system feels dated, the functionality is fantastic

ProsThe most beautiful feature of this software is Easy to Use, Quick to learn his functions and easy access to keep maintain customer contact detail and easily to manage customer operations.
Consi have no knowledge about its technical issued when some time software down and stop proving reports but its very rear cases and issues and resolve quickly.

“ok.”

Prosmain tab color of the software is blue! good for storing large databases, esp for bpo companies or customer service.
Consupdate of newer versions like siebel 7 or 8 or 10 always comes up and then we retrain how to use and then it crashes while working.

“Siebel - CRM”

ProsI used this software while working for a consulting firm. I like how easy it was to enter communication comments, track communication and assign anything that was necessary to another co-worker or member of the team.
ConsI can't think of any; just that this is best suited for a larger company for tracking and delegation purposes.

“Takes time to learn, but has great tools”

ProsIt offers great integration to multiple software platforms, which is critical for any enterprise level company that is most likely going to have that issue to deal with.
ConsYou will have to make the commitment of resources to make sure it stays current with any bugs, patches, etc.
Recommendations to other buyersMake sure that you talk to your IT department about all known databases and technologies that will interface with the CRM. Some will play nice while others will give you a headache. Knowing ahead of time will allow you to plan properly to deal with those problematic technologies.
