Pros: Fairly easy user interface that allows work to flow flawlessly. Though the system feels dated, the functionality is fantastic

Cons: The system is a little slow and feels almost dated, but the slowness is not enough to detract from the functions of the system.

Cons: The most worse in this software is its very havy software and and a little bit slow also and if its down you can not update and change the record you want

Pros: The most beautiful feature of this software is Easy to Use, Quick to learn his functions and easy access to keep maintain customer contact detail and easily to manage customer operations.

Cons: i have no knowledge about its technical issued when some time software down and stop proving reports but its very rear cases and issues and resolve quickly.

Pros: main tab color of the software is blue! good for storing large databases, esp for bpo companies or customer service.

Cons: update of newer versions like siebel 7 or 8 or 10 always comes up and then we retrain how to use and then it crashes while working.

Pros: I used this software while working for a consulting firm. I like how easy it was to enter communication comments, track communication and assign anything that was necessary to another co-worker or member of the team.

Cons: I can't think of any; just that this is best suited for a larger company for tracking and delegation purposes.

Pros: It offers great integration to multiple software platforms, which is critical for any enterprise level company that is most likely going to have that issue to deal with.

Cons: You will have to make the commitment of resources to make sure it stays current with any bugs, patches, etc.

Recommendations to other buyers: Make sure that you talk to your IT department about all known databases and technologies that will interface with the CRM. Some will play nice while others will give you a headache. Knowing ahead of time will allow you to plan properly to deal with those problematic technologies.

Pros: The ease of use and overall clarity of this software. The ease of adding templates and ability to view and sort alphabetically.

Cons: The long amount of time to load up this software. Could sometimes take several minutes and several attempts to load.

Overall: Ability to send customers emails and the use of templates to save time.
