Pros

Easy to use! It's very easy to receive and respond to chat messages, as well as message other agents directly in the application.

Cons

A little difficult to send email messages between agents. A couple times an agent has tried to email me a chat transcript but I never received it.

Easy convenient, another way to assist customers with their every day business.

Pros

This is an easy product to use. You can check how many people are online, how many chats are needed, also can see who is in a chat and monitor if you have the permissions. Sends an email to you and to the customer if they chose for audit purposes.

Cons

Not too many to mention, though the email us feature if you are able to send from the livechat box it would be great if it defaulted to your companies email versus changing it, though It could be a company it process.

### "A better way to offer the best Customer Service"

Seeing where our potential customers are and seeing the traffic on the page has helped us better market.

Pros

The software is so user friendly. I love that you can see what the customer is writing in real time to offer faster assistance and that it keeps a history log so you can refer back to. I love that you can have several chats open and navigate with between them easily. The option to have a script ready is honestly a life saver sometimes when i'm in multiple chats.

Cons

The Service offered by Comm100 has been nothing short of amazing so far.

Pros

I enjoy the ability to manage multiple chats at the same time. I also like how notifications allow me to know if there is a new participant.

Cons

The menu system could use some refinement. It would also be very helpful to have the ability to insert screenshots.

the lack of customisability and I think it could be useful to enter a phone number into live chatters contact details

Regarding the degree of customization available, if you wanted to collect a customer's phone number, you could either add this as a requirement into a pre-chat survey so they can type it in themselves, or you could even add a custom wrap-up field for your agents to collate this information. Pros

The ability to add templates ( both for the whole team and for your own personal use ) lets you express yourself freely. I also like that you can design your own Welcome message and can also pick in what instances to get sound notifications .

Cons

There is a poor selection of themes to choose from .You can't access chats with other agents if they go online from the chat popup and need to go to the Dashboard instead .

Comm100 is one of the best LiveChat tools, it's stable and reliable and easy to use both for the agents and customers. It has multiple options for tracking and managing prior chats and data, a lot of settings for access for each profile created.

Cons

So far we have had no issues with the system.

Works most of the time has most of the functionality we need. Appearance wise have no complaints compared to the competition.

Cons

Sometimes some features are more difficult to find. Would like more control on rights that can be granted by administrator. Need auto disconnect scheduler.

Pros

Ease of use is a big reason why using Comm100 is great. As a new user, it took me little to no time to learn the ropes, as they say, and the quality of the site is great.

Cons

The value for the money is just a little high for the use that we get out of Comm100. I'm not on the decision side of things, but that being said, I'd still use Comm100 over its competitors.

Pros

I liked everything about the software. Pulling a transcript of the call. Speaking with people online. Very easy, very nice. Reports were nice too.

Cons

I really can't think of anything bad. It did what we needed it to do. If I had a question support gave us the answer and it worked from there on. No dropped calls or anything that comes to mind.

Helping our customers without forcing them to find a phone or a quiet moment or our phone number. They can be working on our site and just begin chatting within what they are doing.

Pros

I like that the chats can be handed off to managers if their assistance is needed or that coworkers can log in and watch a chat. I also like the history and ability to go back and research what conversations were about.
