"Compease review"

**Overall:** The simple but powerful user interface of Compease is highly intuitive, making it easy for users to navigate and use effectively. Several reviews have praised this aspect of the software.

**Pros:** This allows businesses to evaluate structure organization's pay using internal salary parity along with external labor market parity automatically.

**Cons:** Poor Position Assessment Slider Bar: The slider bar in Compease has been a source of frustration for many users who report that it does not work properly while assessing positions.
