This App is pretty much simple and does the job like I can apply for leaves using this app and it will automatically send the request to my manager for approval. The dashboard is well built and shows all the necessary information like the Alerts, Absents, Missing entries, My team attendance, etc. If I have forgotten to sign out or in so later I can submit a request after checking my missing entries. I can view my payslip and tax deductions moth wise and as well as my attendance. Setting up the software with the ZKtime attendance machine was easy. Their staff is super friendly they helped us set up the software and attendance management system in no time. Cons Timetrax has set up the scheduled task to run an app that also automatically uploads the data If the computer is off the data will not be uploaded because of this the attendance record of employees isn't available on the cloud for that it requires a manual intervention which involves running the Timetrax downloader app on the computer that upload all the attendance records from the device to the cloud which might have been stuck due to internet connectivity problems or any other problem like the computer was offline. The user app doesn't work on some of the android devices or has issues sometimes marking the attendance. Able to pull what I need for payroll quickly & get back to regular daily duties. The cost is for setup only, no monthly subscription needed, so cost is minimal. Pros This was easy to set up. Able to add employees , as needed. Also, easy to replace a timecard when worn out. I like that if someone forgets their timecard or double-clocks in, you can edit, add or delete entries. There is a comment box for notes. Cons For some reason, I have to go into setup every 2 or 3 weeks & reset the timeclock. It likes to speed up--not sure why. But it is easy to fix; only takes about 2 minutes to do. You can export files, but I don't believe this can be input to Quickbooks; rest assured if it was, you would have to pay for that as an extra. We were sold the wrong package and it was run twice in early April. Multiple phone calls with no answer, emails to customer service with no response. About 2 weeks ago I got to speak with a real person.... was assured the credit for the second incorrect package would be handled within a week. (It doesn't take a week to run a payment but apparently it takes at least that long to run a credit?) Two weeks later and I am back to making calls to people who aren't available... Frustrated.
