Pros

This tool is integrated with our time in and time out card swipe machine that allows employee time tracking and we do record keeping of our employees with their leaves management and salary slip management. Employee joining dates and birthdays are shown in the announcement tab with upcoming birthdays and work anniversaries in the Calendar.

Cons

It requires enhancement on its UI to give a better user experience.

Cons

Their is no LNA(learning Need Analysis ) option in training and development module.

It was just OK.

Pros

1) I can use it anywhere i want. 2) Support team of efrotech helps alot to deal with software problems.

Cons

1) U/I of system is not good. Graphic designer and development team need to work on it. 2) Frankly speaking, I am not really satisfied with this software because before providing the software your company didn't realized the needs for our company and always ask for money while we ask for changes. 3) Whoever developed this software doesn't worked for real time based working or making of MIS by the system. This software is limited.

Pros

I found it very user friendly in all respect. One who will join organization where this system is being used can easily start using with in few days of training.

Cons

Its cost is still comparatively high as compared to others but when we analyse its feature we can again go for it.
