Pros: I love how easy the mobile side is for the technician to use. Writing invoices is so much easier for them.

Cons: There isn't much I don't like, especially because MOST takes your comments and suggestions into consideration and are continuously making changes and updates to make the best software that they possibly can.

Overall: I am constantly impressed by the MO.S.T. system. We are just a few months in and are working our way through all of the features. Making a transition to a dispatching software is challenging by the level of customer support we have received from the beginning is outstanding! I can not say enough about that! From the simplest task to the more complicated, we are promptly taken care of and I always feel supported as we navigate through this transition and the software itself. Diane is quick to respond, helpful, and always makes herself available. William is patient, knowledgeable, and extremely accessible. I am continuously blown-away by their level of commitment to their customers. Thank you to everyone at MO.S.T.!

Recommendations to other buyers: Make suggestions if you feel like you have ideas that can better the system, they really seem to listen and care about making the software exactly what you need it to be.

Comments: I recommend trying the product before purchasing. It can be a time saver while in the field. They are always updating and have easy to use features.

Comments: I was shopping the internet for hvac software, when I stumbled across M.O.S.T. I decided to give them a call, and it was the best decision I could've made. The initial phone call, was so pleasant and I immediately felt this company was the one. They have not let us down. The thing we cared about the most was training, training, and training and they have delivered on that. They have literally held our hands through the whole process and are very responsive to us when we need them. The software can do "everything". I highly recommend this company!!!

Comments: We had the MOst team work directly with our IT guy, they installed the software to our server and told him have it needed to be configured to work properly, after months and months of trying to make this work for us....we ended up getting our server hacked do to the set up process and them insisting that our ports had to be left open. Everyone that we spoke to in support (all 5 of them) usually had a different answer to the same question. Very confusing, and frustrating, did I mention that we have now had our brand new server rebuilt 3 times, between the training, setup, and trying to use the software it cost us thousands of dollars for a product that didn't even do what it promised to do.

Recommendations to other buyers: If they tell it will do something that you need and want a software to do, make them show you, don't take their word for it....

Comments: I was hesitant about using this software at first but I got the hang of it and it worked better than I thought it would. It's easy to use, very accessible.

Comments: I was surprised with the capabilities of this product and even more so with the customer service. I am glad I had the opportunity to use this software.

Comments: When it comes to dispatching and the daily management of the business, this software has been a great blessing. The best thing has been their training and support! Each step of the implementation process is thoroughly outlined and there are people always available when you have questions.

Pros: The support team and a one stop solution that integrates to our accounting software.

Cons: Builds and improvements are a little slow to launch

Overall: I run a hvac and service company with 45 field personnel across 5 divisions. Most handles all the scheduling,Dispatch,Invoicing,and purchase orders to name few. It is a great software.

Recommendations to other buyers: The learning curve is a little long but it's primarily due to all of the extras built in.

Pros: THE MONEY IN THE BANK. The software it all for me when the technician's collect out in the field. There are "Role's" for each employee who can have FULL access to make changes/corrections then Admin access that is limited access so tickets don't accidently delete a ticket.

Cons: It wont answer the phones

Overall: The BEST thing that ever happened for the Company. The software is user friendly as well as the support Team.

Recommendations to other buyers: I would recommend it for ALL HVAC contractors

Pros: Easy to use dispatch board and detailed customer data base.

Cons: Everything has been the right fit to our business, we have been very satisfied.

Recommendations to other buyers: We started with 200 employees. Since we have started using MOST in 2011, we have expanded to 9 locations and over 1000 employees so utilizing MOST has been amazing! They are always updating software to make it even better than it was before! It is so easy to see all our customer's information and take care of them with MOST!

Comments: I choose this software for its numerous features to help me keep track of my techs, clients & improve office efficiency. My office & my techs love this system. I love it because it has increased efficiency with my techs and cut out the wasted time on the phone looking up info which they now have at their fingertips.

Comments: It took our company from 1970 to 2015. Very professional in the eyes of the customer. Wayne and Carolee are easy to work with if you need custom reports. Our service department is more organized and dispatching is much easier with the MOST system. We're very pleased with our choice.

Comments: WOW. I have been in business since 2005 with paper invoicing. We sold a few service agreements over the years. I bought MOST and have been using it for only 2.5 months. What a change in sales,customer management ,and service agreement sales. In 2.5 months we have sold 125 plus service agreements. The support from this company is unbelievable if you have a problem you skype or call and they are right there to help you. One of the things i like the best is they are constantly taking suggestions and making new improvements all the time to make it better and better for the companies because we all run things a little different. My technicians were excited and with a little training there sales with the customers became easy to them and there numbers have gone up dramatically. THX MOST TEAM.

Pros: All customer communications documented in 1 place
Dramatically reduces time to write up service calls
Eliminates need to file/scan/index call reports
Minimizes errors in collecting payments - a wrong cc # is caught immediately, not after-the-fact
Increases professionalism of techs - both real and as perceived by customer
Increases revenue - customers often choose to approve recommended services rather than acknowledge that they have declined
Makes service calls faster - techs not having to call in to get prices of stocked parts, etc. - have all information tools they need at their disposal
Frees dispatcher from time-consuming administrative tasks and allows time to help customers trouble-shooot over the phone resulting in much improved customer service
Extremely responsive support from MOST
ODBC connection to create my own reports in Excel
Excellent, easy to understand interface
Works great via tech's smartphone wifi hotspots (broadband access via tablet not necessary)

Cons: Nothing that even comes close to outweighing the pros:
Lack of comprehensive documentation/offset by system intuitive enough to figure out with minimal support.
No "installation wizard" - but the support team from MOST did a phenomenal job getting our application set up and customized to meet our needs.

Overall: Very highly recommended, one of the best choices we have made for our business. Our old system was so business un-friendly and labor-intensive, often we were spendng more time in the back office documenting and closing service calls than doing the service itself.
For our small company, MOST was a big investment that was absolutely necessary for us to continue to support our client base and scale up our team. Clearly designed from a service business perspective, we found that going from our old service system to MOST was like stepping into Oz.
We integrated with our non-quickbooks POS (Windward Software) to provide a single point of inventory control/restocking and general ledger, eliminating duplication, time and effort compared to the "manual" integration from our old service system. And, by using MOST as our single point of reference for all customer contact (eliminating interoffice email and post-its!), we eliminated a lot of time-wasting duplication of effort and phone tag.

Comments: We are a residential contracting company with over 200 service trucks across the area. We provide electrical, plumbing, heating & air, and remodeling services. Over the past ten years, our revenue has grown from $875,000 to over $40 million. This year, we are on target to do over $55 million. With the rapid and consistent growth of our business, it was necessary to find a new software system to keep up with the volume. I shopped and demoed plenty of solutions before I met the folks from M.O.S.T. M.O.S.T. Contractor is very user-friendly, which eliminates lots of duplicate entries, reduces mistakes, provides accurate reports, allows smart dispatching that reduces windshield time, generates accurate purchase orders, payroll, and great up-to-the-minute drill-down windshields. M.O.S.T measures everything and anything you want measured and tracked. Dealing with the folks at M.O.S.T is a pleasure. Wayne, Carolee, and Jason are awesome. They are on your time, they know their product, they believe in the product, and want to make sure you are always satisfied with the product. I can reach any of them any time of the day. To them, I are not a number or a customer - "I am the boss." Our company employs over 60 customer service reps, and all were trained and certified within a month. The M.O.S.T. team worked 7 days a week in my building to make sure training and implementation was very smooth. Going in, I was very scared and nervous about implementing a new software system since, after all, we service multiple areas and run over 200 trucks. But when the software was turned on, we encountered no glitches, no down time, and their scheduling, training, and support are the best. All the obstacles I threw at them were not an issue. They delivered with a smile. I have been shopping for a new solution for a long time, and I am very happy that I met the M.O.S.T. group. They are awesome; you are not a sale to them; you are the BOSS.

Comments: I have been using MO.S.T. Contractor for almost 3 years. The mobile application has made my techs more professional and increased their average ticket by $200.00. I was a skeptic at first about my techs being able to use laptops but they actually picked it up very quickly and they will never want to go back to paper. Using tablets in the field has helped me eliminate a data entry office position. My data entry person is now a revenue producer and follows up on declined work. I would recommend MO.S.T. Contractor to anyone who wants to turn their service department into a revenue producing profit center. Jason L.

Pros: The mobile solution and the industry forms are what make the program work well for my company. The program really focuses on my industries needs. My techs love the program and the ease of use, especially the integrated flat rate book.

Cons: They have great plans to expand the program features like a task management section and automated dispatching, the wait is killing me. They say 3-4 months for these new features

Overall: I would recommend this product to any service company that is looking to grow and improve productivity.
