And it doesnt force to you to buy any subscription o pay, but it offers really good plans. It is the best software of maintenance that I´ve found in internet. Success to developers and the company!!! **Pros:** The plattform is accesible, easy to understand, it saves itself any change, there are possibility to recover all data, it shows colored icons by time planned, it has a free version and permits you print the files. **Cons:** The format files for prtinting dont have options to modify them, dont have an option to add an icon of company. It dosent have to much facility to modify plan maintenances already defined, the copy way of plans and OTs arent so flexible. This really helps to improve and develop our maintenance management into a professional level. **Pros:** I really liked the user friendliness and the features it provides especially because it runs without any bugs or lags in this free version. The quality and reliability of your company is reflected in this software. Features like preventive maintenance scheduling, work order management and cost center tracking are very useful for us. **Cons:** I faced some trouble in creating work types and maintenance schedules in the software.
