Man winWin gave me powers and capabilities to control the maintenance program with high efficiency and record time. Excellent and detailed, Program. Giving you the opportunity to excel in your work. Also, one of the advantages of this program is that it is designed to deal with all levels. 1- When you are a beginner, you can use the main pages directly and write down all your data on them. It also gives you all the permissions to add any additional external files or invoices, images, etc. That facilitates your time and gives accuracy in dealing with saving time. Gradual and upgrading with the lack of time used. Really, I am one of the most admired users of this program. Because I had no previous experience. Advise everyone who works in the field of maintenance to try this program, even as a matter of experience, and I am sure that he will find in this program every need and increase. February 26, 2021 5.0 So far the use of the software has been a great experience, but I see that I could explore the system more and use the resources it has more. I believe that with this training that will be made available, I will be able to learn more and use the CMMS better. The lack of maintenance history, due to the fact that there was no one to register the services. The benefits are that we are now starting to have a maintenance history and we can prepare KPI’s and be able to analyze how our maintenance management is doing. Pros The things I liked most were the lay-out of the system, ease of registering the equipment, having a dashboard that works, in many systems the graphs cannot be used in reports. The integration with our equipment was smooth. The website providing an “implementation guide” was fantastic! Cons So far there is nothing in the software that I have not liked. Reason for choosing ManWinWin We considered the Assistant Engineering's SYSTEM, and other software with lower cost, but that was still outside the planned budget. First, because of the cost, because it was free, it would assist us in the beginning, but we noticed that the software would be very useful to start our implementation of the PCM department. With the functions available in the Express Module we have already been able to start registering equipment and start having a maintenance history. We had already tried using MS Excel, but we always ran into the complexity of making a lot of necessary records.
