It help us a lot to analyze different maintenance parameters in such a way that, today, it´s completely impossible to work without it. The program is very easy to use to everybody, which makes you completelly independent after the installation. The program offers a great analysis capabilities, with the possibility of creating your own KPI. We recommend it 100%! Pros \- Constant updates with customer´s help/suggestions; - Good working team; - User´s friendly; - Quick Requests; - Easy but powerful software; - Big jump from ManWinWin Version 2.xx to the current one; - Implemenation of Dashboard was a good idea, however it should be improved; Cons \- Must improve Manwinwin Web so it can be more user friendly; - Permissions are not possible to customize as we need; - "Readings" tab don't work as they should work and are not mandatory; - Reports layout can´t be customize by the user; - If it's a MME (Measurement and Monitoring Equipment), the fields "Calibrations Status" and "Date", should me mandatory on the Work orders; - The "Preferences" must be improved in a way that we can define local, and not global preferences; Review Source AM Aníbal M. After reading the implementation guide and optimizing the database, I noticed the ease of use and the features that this program can offer. Even if the program is not created specifically as a CMMS for ships, it can be optimized for this purpose and also for other related area like port and offshore facilities. For this reason, I decided that this program should be used as a teaching tool during laboratory and seminars for subjects like “Logistics”, “Maintenance” and “Maintenance Management”. Pros The ease of use, intuitive user interface, tree architecture, details about assets, code system define by user, generating reports. Cons Because of the various tools and features a great help will be a tip balloon or a help assistant (at least for the features that are not use frequently). Reason for choosing ManWinWin As a free trial software (and free lifetime license) it was possible to use it as a training tool in the area of maintenance management for online courses during lockdown situation - COVID 19 (students downloaded their own free trial). Another reason was the existence of ManWinWin Implementation Guide and user manual, two useful tools that help me for initial setup and learning about the main features of the program. The free version is the best tool to be used as a proof of concept for the board to determine whether we should invest in this CMMS. The free edition is sufficiently satisfying in terms of the features such as plant management, work order scheduling, material management, and even cost & budget management. Although other competitors have these features, usually they don't provide these features on their free edition software. Pros What i like most about ManWinWin is that it is made by asset managers. The worflows are intuitive and natural, all you might need is included, from a small maintenance department to a multi-site maintenance department. The maintenance work has become more system driven. Pros User friendly software. Has easy to use equipments tree architecture, records history of all the works done on equipments, Generates various reports related to the equipment performance. Technical team is strong and provides updates to the software. Follow up visits , addresses customer concerns and give feedback . Cons Software did not address our specific requirement of having to combine the work orders specifically to the time bound Maintenance of equipments. I like the fact that the program can be downloaded for free and used with up to 100 items, it gives you a chance to sell it to your co-workers and the company owners with nothing more than a time investment. Also you can easily and in a quick way control costs, time per tasks, KPI's, materials needs, suppliers, and so you. The more you do in the implementation phase, the more you'll get afterwards. Cons The implementation it's tough, but there is no other way if you want to put all the data on it. Also, I think that the quality of the image could be better.
