Pros For price it’s jobvite is a good solution versus spreadsheets and other low end ATSs but remember bot to get too attached as you’ll eventually outgrow it. It's great how all information on a candidate is stored in one place. I/any member of the team can also at any point pop back and check when someone has been in, who they saw, what correspondence everyone has had and what the feedback is. We have also synced jobvite to a recruitment calendar so we view who's in when at a glance. It's definitely a great tool if everyone in the team uses it/is committed to keeping it updated (example, filling in the feedback forms, resisting the temptation to email through google and not jobvite threads) Pros Great way to store candidate information centrally so anyone can access information Fairly easy to use Can store personalized templates to save time Cons Requires commitment from all of the team to make jobvite really work well Review Source LS Laura S. Aside for the sign in issue I don't have any other complaints. Pros being able to filter on the searches is great. Cons signing in is difficult. The product is intuitive and after a little training you can start using it pretty quickly. Cons Their customer service. We're able to use this currently as a great tool while interviewing potential job candidates across the office. The feature that enables you to review these candidates and share your thoughts with others in your company is just very convenient and comprehensive. The product itself is a collaboration tool that engages the entire company in solving talent acquisition challenges which makes it ideally suited for our needs. With more mandates and regulations this is critical to maintaining a compliant organization. Cons Jobvite did have a couple of minor issues when implementing that we were able to have updated and did not have any other delays. Great platform! I thought the workflow steps were easily customizable and made it easy to create a documentation on process and offer approvals. Cons The search function for both requisitions and candidates is absolutely terrible. You should allow more variance when it comes to what you type in and what gets pulled up. We have large volumes of applications through Jobvite's system and have found it to be an extremely simple way to organize our candidates applications. What a great system to use starting from the application process to the interviewing process to hiring and filling the position and even once the employee is employed. Their customer service and online help tools are great. We have weekly webinars with an account manager who talks us through any updates or problems we're experiencing and allows us to ask questions along the way. Haven't had much interaction with the vendor directly. Cons It doesn't synch completely with our back-end system for HRIS. Synch time is set at three hour intervals; at times it doesn't even synch, especially on weekends. I've heard that it's been difficult to reach a live person to assist us with our needs.
