Pros I have used a few other products and had to switch to Extantware. They were the only ones that can do shuttle scheduling and dispatch properly. We can now package our activities with our shuttles in 1 easy step. Cons Learning curve was bigger with all the features, but support helped us when we get stuck. Switched from [FareHarbor](https://www.capterra.com/p/135106/FareHarbor/) FH could not do complicated bookings, shuttles and was missing tons of features.
