In those years we have not had any issues with the system or the pipes. We even lost a pipe in the snow for approx. 3 months. We eventually found the pipe in the spring and its still working today. Pros its easy to understand and with the help of our county IT person he set it up in minutes and has been running since with very little issues. Cons There is nothing I don't like about this product/software Reasons for choosing Guard1 There is no drilling into cement walls. easy to use, no additional wiring required and true documentation of cell checks which cannot be altered or tampered in any way. We have been using the Pipe for over 3 years and have had only one problem that needed to be sent in. The turn around time was very short. Pros The Guard 1 is easy to use and reliable. The tamper proof buttons are the way to go. Cons For our jail the Guard 1 performs so well, I have not found any cons .
